Same client every Thursday? Closed every Sunday? Add it once, pick weekly or monthly, and Check Cherry fills in the dates. It is on in your account now.

Recurring bookings

Open a confirmed booking and choose Make Recurring Booking from its tools menu. Pick weekly, or monthly on a date like the 15th or a day like the second Tuesday. Check Cherry keeps the number of upcoming bookings you choose on your calendar and adds the next one as each date passes.

✓ Every date is a real booking with its own invoice, due date and payments.

✓ Same client, packages, staff, notes and contract terms on each one.

✓ Turn on auto-pay and each balance is charged to the client's saved card on its due date.

✓ Edit the series template and every new date follows.

Good to know

1. Each upcoming date counts toward your plan's booking limit, so keep the number low. Around 4 for weekly or 2 for monthly works well.

2. New dates send your automated messages, New Booking included. To skip them, add the new Origin condition to the message and leave Recurring unchecked.

3. To skip a night, cancel that booking rather than deleting it.

Closed every Sunday, or a staff meeting the first Monday of the month? Add the blockout once and check Repeats. One blockout can cover Saturday and Sunday, and it can repeat every other week or every 3 months.

Staff with a class every Thursday night can add it once. If time off needs your approval, you approve the request once and it covers every date.
