Two-factor authentication is here to keep your account secure. The booking engine got a solid upgrade with visual Booking Presets. Plus, smarter availability rules and new reporting tools.

Two-Factor Authentication

You can now add an extra layer of security to your account with SMS-based two-factor authentication. When it's turned on, logging in requires both your password and a verification code sent to your phone.

To enable it, go to your profile settings and look for Two-Factor Authentication. Enter your phone number, verify the code we text you, and you're set. You can trust a device for 30 days so you're not entering codes every time you log in from the same computer or phone.

We recommend every staff member on your account turn it on. It takes about 30 seconds to set up and goes a long way toward keeping your business data safe.

Booking Presets

Setting up your online booking flow used to mean saving, previewing, tweaking, and repeating until things looked right. Now you can see exactly what your customers will see while you build it.

Booking Presets (under Manage → Booking Engine → Presets) give you a visual editor for every step of your booking process. Each step shows a stylized preview with an inline form so you can make changes right there, no guessing required. Drag and drop to reorder steps, use the package selector to choose which packages each preset applies to, and set one as your default.

If you've already been using Package Group Themes, your existing setup carries over. Same features, better name, and a completely redesigned experience. The "Edit Booking Preset" button still appears on your live booking page so you can jump straight to the editor for any step.

Smarter Availability Rules

Two changes here that make availability rules easier to work with, especially if you offer backdrops.

Extra Categories in availability rules. If you use Extra Categories to manage items beyond add-ons and backdrops, those extras now count toward your inventory limits too. Set one availability rule and it tracks capacity across packages, add-ons, backdrops, and extras together.

Backdrops have their own section. Double-sided backdrops are now separated from general availability rules under Manage → Business Settings → Availability. When you add a new backdrop rule, only backdrops appear in the list. No more accidentally checking packages alongside your backdrop selections. If you had existing rules that only contained backdrops, those were automatically moved over for you.
