Send and Receive Texts with Quo

This was one of our most requested features. Check Cherry now supports Quo as an SMS provider. Quo is a business phone system that brings calls, texts, and contacts into one app. Connect it to Check Cherry and you get true two-way texting tied to your leads and events.

When a client replies, it shows up in both Check Cherry and the Quo app. You can reply from either place. That means you can be on your phone, texting a client back and forth like a normal conversation, and it all stays connected to the right lead or event.

Quiet Hours for Automated SMS

Nobody wants an automated text at 2 AM. Quiet Hours lets you set a window when automated SMS messages won't go out. Set it to something like 10 PM to 8 AM, and any automated texts will hold until the window opens. This only affects SMS. Email is unaffected since nobody minds getting an email overnight.

If you're working late and manually send an SMS during quiet hours, Check Cherry will pre-fill the "send later" option with the next available time so nothing slips through by accident. Works with both Twilio and Quo. You'll find the setting in your SMS integration configuration.

Multi-Select Lead Forms

If you offer more than one service, this one's for you. Your lead capture forms can now accept multiple package or service selections at once. Instead of a single dropdown, the form renders checkboxes so prospects can pick everything they're interested in.

Each selection creates its own lead booking, which makes follow-up cleaner. No more manually splitting a lead who wants both a photo booth and a DJ. Turn it on in your form settings under the Package or Service field.

Scheduled Payment Reports and Reminders

Two things that make payment plans easier to manage.

The Scheduled Payment Report shows all upcoming installment due dates in one view. Filter by date range, payment type, or event status to see what's coming in today, this week, or this month. Find it in the Reporting section.

Scheduled Payment Reminders let you automatically notify clients before, on, or after each installment is due. Set up email or SMS reminders under Manage → Automated Messages.
