A Smarter Expired Proposal Screen
Before, when a customer opened an expired proposal they got a one-line "your proposal expired" message and were dropped straight into checkout. Not great. The new screen does a better job of explaining what happened and what their options are.
Better yet, views on expired proposals are now tracked. If an old lead is poking around a proposal you sent two months ago, you'll see it. That's a great signal to reach back out and re-open the conversation.

Configurable Pricing Section Title
The pricing section on a proposal used to be locked to whatever the theme called it. Now you pick. Choose from Investment, The Numbers, The Math, Pricing, or Pricing Summary, on the proposal itself or as a default on your proposal presets. Small change, but it lets the language match how you actually talk to clients.
Pick Your Alternatives Layout
When a customer is choosing between alternative options on a proposal, the classic theme used to show full details and the newer themes used a compact view. That choice is now yours, regardless of theme. Show full details when you want the upgrade to feel obvious, or keep things compact when the choice is straightforward.
Cap Reviews and Gallery Photos
If you've been doing this a while, you probably have more reviews and gallery photos than any one customer needs to scroll through. You can now set a maximum on how many appear in a proposal. Curate the highlight reel without trimming your library.
Awards and Recognition Section
A new Awards and Recognition section sits next to your existing trust indicators on the proposal. Designed for things like WeddingWire "Best of 2026" badges, The Knot picks, and the rest of the wall-of-fame stuff that helps a customer feel good about choosing you. Add as many as you like.
