A Smarter, Cleaner Way to Manage Automated Messages

We just released a major update to Check Cherry’s automated event messaging. The goal is to make everything easier to organize, faster to edit, and more clear at a glance.

A Cleaner, More Organized Layout

Messages are now grouped by trigger, with the most important triggers listed first. Inside each trigger, messages are shown chronologically. Each message also has a View Details link so you can quickly review or update it.

Better Search and Navigation

You can now filter by package or message type from the top right. The Browse Templates page is also unified so you can search across all templates in one place. Tags now appear as folders on the left for simple navigation.

Improved Message Details

Individual message pages have been refreshed. Packages and conditions are more obvious, tokens include more helpful information plus a copy icon, and both system and custom templates follow the new cleaner design.

These improvements make automated messaging easier to understand and faster to manage so you can deliver a smoother experience to your clients.
