Your proposals are the first real impression clients get of your business. Now you can match that impression to the event. Five new themes join the original Classic:
|
|
Tuscan – Warm browns and golds. Higher-end feel for upscale events.
|
|
Luxury – Dark and polished. Perfect for corporate galas and high-end clients.
|
|
Mist – Light and minimal with lots of white space. Great for weddings.
|
|
Vineyard – Winery-inspired with pricing on the right. Elegant and readable.
|
|
Midnight Pulse – Dark and bold. Built for DJs, nightlife, and entertainment.
|
|
|
|
Every theme supports the full booking experience: alternatives, add-ons, backdrops, contracts, and payments. The theme carries through from the proposal all the way to checkout.

|
Proposal Presets
|
|
Set a default theme for all proposals, or create presets per package. Use Mist for weddings, Luxury for corporate, Midnight Pulse for nightlife. Drag and drop to set priority. The first matching preset wins.

Build Trust on Every Proposal
|
|
Three new sections help your proposals sell for you:

About Section
Share what makes your business unique right on the proposal. Supports rich text, images, and links. If you run multiple brands, each one gets its own About section.
|
Trust Indicators
Add stats and badges like "300 events hosted," "75 five-star reviews," or "10 years in business." Pick from pre-built options and let the numbers do the talking.

Reviews & Testimonials
Add your best reviews with the reviewer's name, star rating, and date. They show on every proposal. More automated review features are on the way.

Show Your Work
|
|
Photos and videos sell events better than words. We've added several ways to make your proposals more visual:

|
✓ Featured Gallery – Add event photos in a masonry layout. Limit to specific packages or show on all proposals.
|
|
✓ Venue Cover Photos – Upload a cover photo for a venue and it auto-applies when that venue is on a proposal.
|
|
✓ Multiple Package Photos – Packages now support multiple images. Clients can browse them during booking.
|
|
✓ Venue Gallery Photos – Add gallery images under Places settings. They show when that venue is assigned to a proposal.

|
Media Upgrades
|
|
We've added some new ways to work with images and video in Check Cherry:

Video Support
Upload MP4 videos anywhere you can upload images: cover photos, galleries, packages. Videos auto-convert for different contexts. Available on Growth and Unlimited plans.
|
Stock Photos
Need a placeholder until you build up your own gallery? Search royalty-free, commercial-use photos from Pixabay right inside the media library. Available on all plans.
|
Image Crop Versions
Images now auto-resize for different screen sizes. You can also create manual crop variants (square, wide, extra-wide) for pixel-perfect control. Available on all plans.

|
Automatic Cover Photos by Venue
|
|
Upload a photo to a Place and mark it as the proposal cover image. When that venue is assigned to a proposal, the cover photo updates automatically. Great for venues you book regularly.
