We have also expanded what ChatGPT and Claude can do in your account. Beyond reading your data, they can now set up and edit your packages, services, add-ons, and extra questions for you, just by asking in plain language. Say "add the premium package to this lead" or "create a new add-on for uplighting," and it happens.

Not every business uses the same words or offers the same things, so now you can set these up to match yours:

✓ Rename them. Call "Add-Ons" something that fits your brand, like "Enhancements" or "Extras," or rename "Backdrops" to "Backgrounds." The new label shows up everywhere.

Rich Text in Questionnaires
Static content in your questionnaires now supports rich text: bold, bullet lists, and clickable links. Point clients to a Google Doc, a venue map, or your backdrop gallery right inside the form, and break long instructions into something they will actually read instead of a wall of plain text.

Multiple Packages on a Single Lead
You can now add and edit more than one package on a single lead. Quoting two photo booths for one event, bundling a DJ with a photo booth, or putting together a multi-day event with a package for each day? Build it all on one lead, with one booking and one payment, instead of splitting it across separate proposals.
