Quick Send

We've made it easier to send email and text messages from a User, Lead, Proposal or Booking with a Quick Send Button.

After clicking Quick Send, you can access relevant Custom Templates, Automated Messages, and System Messages.

Quickly send any message or place it in the queue to be reviewed later.

Reorganized Message Templates

We've reorganized the Message Templates to make spotting the different types of messages in Check Cherry easier.

Automated Messages

Messages that are configured to automatically send based on date anchors and other triggers, such as notifications when a team member is assigned to a booking.

Custom Templates

Messages are sent manually from Check Cherry, such as a default email response to a Lead with information on scheduling a consultation.

System Templates

Messages that are automatically sent via Check Cherry over which you have limited control. For example, one can not delete or limit the "Customer Invitation" email template to specific Packages.

New System Template: Staff Invitation

We've add a new System Template for sending an invitations to Staff members.

Cancellation Reason

When canceling a booking, staff and clients are now able to provide a note explaining why the booking was canceled.
