What This Actually Is
We built a connection that lets AI assistants read and work with your Check Cherry account. It works with ChatGPT, Claude, and other popular AI assistants. Once it is connected, you can ask the AI about your business in plain language and it answers using your real data. No exporting spreadsheets, no clicking through five screens to pull a number. You just ask.

We Want You to Run a Better Business
That is the whole reason we built this. One of the most common questions we hear is “how do I get the most out of Check Cherry?” and this is a big part of the answer. When an AI assistant can see your real account, it can spot things you would have missed and help you make smarter decisions. Here is one thing you can ask in each area, with dozens more waiting on the connection page.
It can reach your bookings, leads, proposals, appointments, payments and revenue, expenses, packages, add-ons, extras, staff details, and your calendar. It can even read our own help articles, so you can ask it how to do something in your account and it will walk you through it.

Connecting Is the Easy Part
This is the part people worry about and it is genuinely the simplest step. In your account, search MCP, ChatGPT, or Claude in the global search, or go to Manage Business Settings > Integrations. That page has your connection URL and step-by-step instructions for each assistant. 1. Open the MCP page in Check Cherry and copy your connection URL. 2. Paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, or your assistant of choice. 3. Authorize the connection and you are done. Claude is especially quick.

You Decide What It Can Touch
✓Permissions are granular. You choose which areas the AI can see, and you can change that anytime. ✓Read-only is the safe default. Granting write access lets the AI make changes, like adding a lead note or setting a follow-up date. Turn it on only where you want it. ✓You can manage or revoke any connection from the MCP page under Manage Connections. It is good practice to revoke keys you are not using.

Give it a try this week and let us know what you ask it. We are genuinely curious what you find. Hit reply, we read every one. Matt and Judd P.S. Not active in Check Cherry right now? This is a good reason to take another look. Just reply to this email and we will set you up with a fresh trial so you can try it on your own numbers.
