With Messages, you start an email from within the Message section of an of your bookings, and
all future communication will be logged automatically even if you respond directly via email
. Our

Also worth mentioning: your Automated Emails will now show up in Message and any attachments will be saved for future reference.

Automated Emails
We just added a few new fields for you to use in your
Automated Emails
. They are:
- login_link - A link to your client portal's login page.
- event_link - A link to the event.
- forms_link - A link to the forms the client needs to fill out for their booking.
