0:05 Hey Matt. Hey Jud. Welcome everybody. We'll give it a few minutes for people to join in and YouTube stuff is working. I don't know about the Facebook. I tried to connect that earlier and it was like one of my personal account. I don't know that that's I got to figure that out. I

0:46 didn't get a chance to test it. the new dashboard. It's exciting. [Music] We got some chats. Hey, thanks Mike. DJ Squish. Well, Matt, it's six o'clock. I think let's see what's up. So, hey everyone. Uh, first off,

2:23 thanks for joining us. This is the next webinar. Uh, a sneak peek into Check Cherry's new dashboard. And so, um, we get lots of requests on the dashboard and it's finally our time to share, um, our next iteration of the Czech Terry dashboard. And so, um, Matt is going to be, uh, demoing it and showing it around. Um, we're excited to share, uh, what we've been built and and, uh, looking

2:49 also forward to your feedback. So, um, feel free to chat and if you're watching us on YouTube, uh, feel free to chat as well and we'll get to questions and all that stuff, but, uh, yeah, Matt, take it away. Awesome. Yeah, share my screen. So, so here's the new dashboard. Exactly. Hey, that's the same dashboard. Wait a minute. So, um, you know, so, uh, it's worth considering. So,

3:15 how how did we kind of get with the dashboard we have? And frankly, um, I think it's looked pretty much like this from day one. Um, real with Check Charity, you know, we we had a lot of the features in place and we're like, okay, well, what do we show when somebody logs in? And so, we just kind of, you know, threw some things up that that it seemed like people would want to

3:34 know and and surprisingly that's that's gotten us pretty far. you know, we've we've certainly made a few tweaks, but um you know, but obviously, you know, we we do get a lot of requests for for changes for different different ideas that people have. Um and so I don't know when we sent out that survey. Uh do you remember Jud? It it was a while ago, you know, six months ago, eight months ago,

3:55 we sent out kind of a survey uh to our customers just kind of asking Yeah. Each year we do a uh a customer survey and the first question is like what's the one way we can you know change or help do something with checker to make your life better and we like that question because it helps really boil down top priorities I guess for our customers and because we get a lot of feedback on like you

4:20 know smaller parts of the app or like in kind of when you're in the weeds and stuff like that but kind of big level thing and we didn't get a lot of uh consist it wasn't like people said I want a new dashboard well and even when but remember We did a a dashboard specifically survey too and that was Yeah. And so so we went through that and it's like okay cool. We'll we'll you know see see a few

4:42 things that people want and you know maybe make some tweaks and kind of the feedback was all over the place. Um you know everybody had different you know and they were all good ideas um but it was kind of like well the dashboard would be you know gigantic if we did that and it wouldn't really wouldn't really work. So, um, so it was pretty obvious we needed to have a way to, um, to

5:04 kind of allow you to build your own dashboard, you know. Um, I think longer term we'll have have some templates you can use and things like that. But, um, but it was obvious we needed a way to just kind of give people more control over over exactly what they see. And, um, you know, we kind of found a few patterns. You know, some people I think people run their businesses very differently. You

5:24 know, we have some businesses that are very sales focused and others that are more like based around operations and some people are like, "All I want to see is the calendar when I log in, you know, let me see the calendar and and nothing else." So, um so hopefully, you know, we we've got kind of a a more flexible system now, um where you'll be able to just kind of build it however you want.

5:48 So, what that will look like, and this is not live yet, we'll probably go live later this week, um, and we'll send out an email and and a link to this webinar when we do, but um, but once it goes live, right now we've got at the very bottom of the page, um, we've got a little customized dashboard, uh, link. And again, this may change a little bit, but kind of the idea is once you get to the

6:13 dashboard, um, you know, once you click that, you'll be able to see all of the dashboards for your business. And so, it's probably worth mentioning, um, this version is aimed at admins. Um, you know, I think in the future we'll we'll have some staff versions, you know, figure out what exactly that means. Um, but right now the this is kind of intended as an admin dashboard,

6:36 not not a staff or not a a customer one. Um, and so any of your admins are going to be able to see these um, and kind of come in and they'll be able to see what their current dashboard is. You know, if I'm if you've got two admins, uh, they'll see all of the same dashboards. You know, everybody doesn't need to build the same thing from scratch. Um, but everybody could if you wanted

6:58 to have a different dashboard. So, if you've got a salesperson or somebody that really focuses on the sales, you know, maybe they need to see something different than somebody that's just working on scheduling. Um, but once you come in here, you'll see what we're calling the the classic dashboard. Um, which is pretty much just, you know, just what you're used to. So, if you if everything is great,

7:19 you like how it was, you know, you can can use that and and leave that. Um, but you can come in and view it or you can edit it and make changes to it. And the um maybe what I'll do is I'll start with uh with a a new dashboard. So in addition to kind of editing one of those existing ones, you can also create one from scratch. And so when I create a new dashboard, you I've got to

7:45 give it some kind of name. Um call it webinar demo. And that's going to take me to kind of a blank slate where I can start laying stuff out. So in this case, um, you know, one of the things our dashboard does is is it does have, you know, some people want a bunch of smaller widgets and some people want, you know, again, a giant widget that takes up the whole screen. So you can kind

8:08 of set it up how you want. You know, do you want one column? Do you want some smaller columns? Um, why don't we start with kind of a two column layout? And once you do that, um, you know, you'll be able to start adding widgets or, you know, little dashboard components to it. And so if we add our, uh, maybe our new revenue growth chart widget to it. Um, sometimes there'll be some

8:32 settings you can customize. This one doesn't. And once you add that, then you'll be able to, um, to uh, preview of that. Um, you can also drag and drop and move stuff around. Um, if you decide, you know, now that I see it, I want to go a little bit bigger. You can always change your um change your widget size or change the the block size. Um, so now I can go full width. I can say,

8:56 "No, you know what? I want to try to cram a bunch of stuff in here and um, you know, make it a lot smaller." So, um, easy to kind of adjust and and you're not stuck with anything. you know, as as time goes on, you can come back to it and make changes and um you know, as we add new widgets, you know, maybe you want to put something else in there. Um but basically, you can have any number

9:18 of blocks. So, if you want to go kind of further down and and you know, have another another two two column layout, you know, maybe you kind of want to recreate what what our classic uh dashboard looks like. Um, you know, you can do things like add some upcoming uh bookings. Um, you know, and now it starts to look a little bit more like the the dashboard we already have. Um,

9:43 some of the widgets will also like depending on, you know, something like the upcoming bookings, we're not able to show all of this data in a small space, but we'll try to make it so that, you know, you can have a smaller version of it as you drag and drop and move stuff around as well. So, can you decide you want these upcoming bookings up here and just kind of see at a glance like,

10:03 you know, let me see the name and the email, the date. Um, you can do that. Or if you want a more full featured one, um, you know, drag it drag it around and and you can kind of play and see it um live. And as you make those changes, um, you know, those will save immediately. Um, but once you're done, you can just hit finish, you know, um, that'll take you back to the preview. And if you

10:25 want to make that your um your current dashboard, you would just set it as current dashboard. And um from now on, whenever you go to the dashboard, that's what your dashboard is going to look like. So um hopefully, you know, fairly intuitive to to kind of customize and and um you know, to move around and and edit as you want to. Um, and you know, it's hopefully something that you

10:50 can kind of share with with other members on your team, um, or at least other admins this time. So, will they always have to build from scratch or will those templates, if you will, be available to them when they first Yeah. So, I think um, so one of the things we haven't come up with uh, with any template ideas yet, but I do think that we, you know, it's inevitable that we'll have a

11:14 few examples um, that you'll be able to use. So, you don't need to necessarily create those from scratch. Um, right now we've just got kind of this classic dashboard pre-loaded for everybody. Um, but I think we'll, you know, we'll we'll come up with a few examples. You know, maybe a a calendar, you know, kind of from a somebody that does a lot of scheduling, you know, maybe a, you know, a

11:35 version for that and things like that. Um, kind of what that'll look like is you'll come to the same place. you'll see um you know you'll you'll come to this dashboard and at the top you'll be able to see uh you know your dashboards and then kind of some templates to choose from. Um so um very long term we'll probably also make it so you can share it with other other businesses that that you know

11:58 either have relationship with or things like that. So um and so um so I think the I mean the layout itself I I think is pretty uh self-explanatory. I don't know if you have any other immediate questions, Jud, or if anything came in. Does anybody have questions so far? Because I think what's what's next? You'll show us some of the blocks. So, the individual blocks individual

12:22 uh components. Here's Mike says, "Are custom colors available to program for the data charts, graphs, and the new reports able to be downloaded such as the lead generation comparison?" Um, no, not custom colors currently. Um I could see you know potentially um one of the things that that you know we kind of did and we'll see you know based on what kind of feedback we get on things

12:48 but um as you come in and and add a widget or or um you know if I come into something like this upcoming bookings um we do have a kind of a place that we can put settings now uh so if I want to see instead of the default three settings you know we've got a a setting now where you can come in and and see 10 upcoming bookings or or things like that. So potentially I could see you know

13:14 maybe some some color scheme ideas or color you know things like that. Um the other is yeah like uh when you say oh you want to download such as a lead generation comparison. So I'm assuming that that I as I would understand that that would be um you know how many leads be generated this month versus last month how many leads we generated last year at this time like year to date month

13:36 to date quarter to date like all that stuff is do I understand correctly and then why would you want to download that like if you downloaded like wouldn't don't we just already offer the leads where you can download it what would be different or what would you do with the data Uh or what does download mean? I guess in any case if anybody else has questions feel free

14:02 to ask. Lauren Ray says this is awesome. Check cherry's already user friendly about customization like this just makes the workflow even easier. Great work. Thanks Lauren Ray. Um, yeah. No, we this is going to be I think this is going to be the dashboard really touches everybody, right? All the admins and so you guys see it all the time and we've

14:22 just been busy doing other stuff and it's it's a big project, frankly. Um, and it's important to get right and all that stuff. So, yeah. Yeah. Uh so maybe I'll kind of dig into some of the the widgets that are there and um you know some you know if people have ideas things they want to see instead you know feel free to to chime up um like and say we haven't we haven't launched it yet so

14:46 um and we're expecting a lot of feedback on this frankly. Yeah one of the the things that we're most you know excited it makes it much easier now to just make a little graph for something that that you know that people want to see rather than you know something that impacts everybody. you know, now it's just a little it's kind of more self-contained. So, Lauren Ray says, "So,

15:05 you can customize the dash member the dashboard for staff members, too." So, at this time, it's for admins. Um, any of your admins can have their own dashboard. It can be, you know, it's not businesswide. It is person, you know, per person. Um, it's not aimed at at individual staff members yet. Um, partly because of just some of the permission stuff. It's not clear to me if you

15:30 know if somebody puts a revenue snapshot graph on the on their staff but then they're not supposed to see it like you know what do we do or you know things like that but um or you know we don't want to accidentally kind of leak information they're not supposed to see if if they don't have requires more thought and work but I think long term absolutely certainly will have um the option to do

15:53 you know different dashboards and Um, so kind of the main the main ones that we're we're launching with it this time. Um, we kind of tried to group stuff a little bit so it's it's hopefully not too uh too hard to find. Um, but we've got our our charts and graphs section um scheduling uh leads, proposals and bookings and um organization and then um you know a few other categories, payments,

16:24 messaging tools and resources. So, I think you know kind of the the prettiest or whatever is is of course going to be the the graphs and the charts and things like that. And the um the revenue snapshot graph that's basically the graph you've already you know had forever. Uh one change we did make though that we did add um you know that over the last I don't know six months

16:45 or a year we we've added a few more things like brands and and you know some different options in here. Um but we did just add a new um booked uh tab here. And so kind of the way the the revenue snapshot works is you know that by scheduled it's going to show you like what your revenue is by um you know when the event is held. Uh payment is going to show you know based on when your

17:09 payment date was. And then we added a new section that um apparently is low. So I'll have to look at that. Um that'll show uh based on the booked date. And so, uh, one request that we'll get sometimes is that people want to see that that revenue basically as, um, you know, as, uh, you know, how much how much money did I book this month even if I didn't get

17:30 paid off yet? So, that'll start to show you that. Um, the, um, I have a question. Is there a limit to how many widgets I can put on the desk? Not at this time. There may be in the future, but um, we run into problems as of today. Yeah. If we run into problems, we'll we'll uh we'll evaluate at that point. Um right now there's there's not a limit. So um hey, there's a lead comparison chart.

17:57 The lead comparison chart. Yeah, let's add that one. I think that'll be a popular one if I don't know what our data looks like in this account. But what that'll do is um basically show you again kind of your lead activity, but comparing it over time. So, you know, over the last 12 months, um, what, you know, how many how many leads were were created? And so, you know, I can see in May,

18:23 um, you know, May this year, I'm I'm at 15. Last year in May, I got up to to 19. Um, and that'll be through, uh, I believe that'll be through the end of the month. And you can also do date scheduled. I see. That's awesome. So, and then yeah, you know, in in April we did 25 LA or you know, this year we're at 25. Last last year we were at 12. Um, and so, and you can kind of break that up if

18:47 you want to see more of a quarter by quarter. Um, you know, a custom date range, things like that, you can. And then like you say, uh, yeah, by date scheduled as well. So, if you want to see kind of, okay, I've got 80 leads, you know, scheduled for, uh, January to March, um, makes it, uh, quick to see that. FIPA says date scheduled is cool. Exclamation point. Um, another one. So,

19:10 the revenue growth chart, that's real similar to the revenue snap chart, snapshot chart, can't say that word. Um, it's basically the same data except it's going to be a comparison over time. So, um, if you want to see, okay, how much money am I making this year or how much, you know, what was my payment revenue this year? You know, apparently in our in our test account, we're

19:32 doing way better than than we were last 10,000% up. So, um so yeah, so that can be helpful. Um thanks, James. Um and then proposal comparison chart. Basically same as the leads, but for proposals. So, how many uh um you know, proposals did I generate and based on the the proposal date as well. So um so again you can kind of you know load it up and and play with it and see you know

20:05 see what seems right and and what's useful for you. Um if we get out of the charts and graphs the um kind of the next one is the the scheduling that that I think are useful. Um the calendar you know that's just our large calendar. Yep. Totally. And uh uh proposal activity, it would actually be based on when the proposal was created by default. Um not necessarily when it was sent. Felipe asked

20:36 um but u but when the when it was created. So if Alan Mark says, "Yay." Yeah, that was that was a common one is people like I don't I just want to see the calendar when I log in. So there it is. You can do it now. Um but uh but a couple new ones in in the the scheduling area. Uh let's see here. And so the um the um we've also got kind of more of a of a at a

21:08 glance. And I don't know if I have great data in this test account, but what this will do is just it's kind of a quick way to see what um what leads, bookings, and proposals you have on a given day. So, if I want to see, you know, just jump real quick, you know, somebody's on the phone, I want to see what I have on July 1st, that'll show that. Um kind of the the impetus

21:28 for that came from um our leads page. Uh somebody asked if if we have a way to show this but for you know for uh kind of what we show on the lead overview page. Um and it's like oh that makes sense. So yeah I have questions. Hold on. So back to uh Philippa has proposal activity is when I sent it out. Correct. Right. So that's um it's actually it would be based on when it when the

21:57 proposal was created. We actually don't we don't track when it was sent. I don't think actually you know that it's like we say we kind of know when the first message was but if you sent yourself a text message or something it gets kind of kind of ambiguous. So yeah. Uh so it's when it's create a date is specifically uh Mike says can we customize the default calendar view to include

22:19 blackout dates without having to manually select. which should um how it should work for things like the the calendar or pretty much any of the widgets that that have settings. Um if you customize it um and then come back to it, it should should save that. So you can kind of like click around show if you just wanted a black date calendar, you could do that and then um and then when you

22:45 come back to it, you know, or refresh your page, uh that's all it'll show. So it'll be kind of a a sticky type of of thing and you can have as many calendars as you want and they'll all be kind of individually. Oh, so you could have multiple Alan says, "When you release your new version, will this change any of the website links,

23:02 i.e. calendar on etc." Uh, no. So I'll uh yeah, it shouldn't have any um any impact any save links or anything like that. So great questions. Um and so kind of in the scheduling um you know we have our our new activity for date and then we've also got a what we call staff for date and um that's another one just kind of a quick at a glance of who's available on a date you know for

23:29 people that deal with a lot of staff sometimes um you know it's it's just a little bit it's a little bit annoying trying to figure out who's free, who's booked, things like that. So um I can you know hop days around. I can jump to a day later in the in the year, things like that. Lita says, "Well, we have the option to switch it back." So, I don't know when you say back, like back to the

23:52 default. Um, is that what you mean? Like if you if you change it and mess it up or Mike says, "Love the staff back to the older version." So, yeah. So you'll have within um you know when you go to your your customized dashboard um we'll have what we're calling kind of the the classic dashboard that'll be the uh the old one. So if you like the old one as is um a you don't

24:16 need to do anything at all. It should pretty much just and you can view it without actually uh saving it or using it. Yeah. You can modify and have multiples and then you say I want you see where it says current dashboard underneath webinar demo FIPA that means that that's the dashboard that's currently being applied to the account basically right under webinar demo and if you want

24:39 to make a copy like you're like hey I like the classic but I want to like have one I can kind of play with um you can also duplicate it that way. So yeah, we've got a solution. Um, and potentially, you know, we've I mean, since we have multiple dashboards, I don't we don't have a way to like, you know, from your dashboard like flip between dashboards, you know, I mean, it's a

25:04 few maybe there's a, you know, I don't know, maybe there's there's more opportunity there for for for you know, see what the feedback save reports or who knows. Um, I think we have a lot of a lot of options in the future for sure. So, um, and so, um, yeah, so that was kind of our staff for date. And then the leads, proposals, and bookings. These are real, you know, real

25:27 boring, just kind offormational like, hey, I want to see my upcoming bookings, my recently booked. Um, these are all kind of things, you know, for the most part, these are already on the on the existing dashboard. Uh, we did add a few new ones. um recently expired proposals and proposals expiring soon. I think those are both useful. Um open proposals I think is new. Um and then

25:49 recently completed booking. Sometimes people need a just kind of a a quick at a glance of you know what have I what have I finished recently so that I can you know so Alan Mark says is it possible to remind staff of upcoming events via email? The short answer is yes. And uh chat with us and we can help you with that. Uh Allan chat anytime. We'll help we'll help you get that set

26:13 up. But yeah, you can send uh emails or text messages to staff to remind them. Mike says, "The dashboard upgrade is fantastic. I was hoping to see customization uh options available from the CL uh available for the client invoices." Okay, so Mike's saying basically he wants to be able to customize the client invoices. Am I understanding that? I believe it looks like it. Yeah. Yes.

26:36 Okay. Yeah. Um yeah. I mean I think you know people like customization. I don't you know where that's at on the priority. It doesn't come up much. I will say that. Um and I think we have proposals are probably higher than that. Yeah. Um this does not impact proposals or invoices at this time. Here's I might be jumping ahead. Any changes to proposals? So

27:02 there's no changes, but proposals are high in the list. We understand they're important. Um we've got some ideas there and yeah. So yeah. Um and so um so yeah, so you can kind of see, you know, bas basic data. Uh one thing that you can do with a lot of them too is um you know, you can if I add this recently expired proposals, um a lot of them will have this setting that says

27:29 hide this widget if no results. And that can be helpful if you just kind of want to only see, you know, I don't want to see this all the time, but maybe only if I have some some proposals that recently expired. Um, just show it. You know, don't don't show kind of a filler, you know, you don't have any expired proposal type thing. Um, so that can be helpful as well. Um, we go a

27:48 little further down, we get into more of the the organization one. So, this one I think will be a kind of a popular one. Um, in order to see your checklist or to-do list, um, we've always had that buried under the sales tab. You know, you go to sales and to-do list. Uh, now we finally got a widget for that. So, um, you can say, um, how many you want to see, and that'll show all

28:14 of your your, uh, checklist items there. Um, and again, you can make that, you know, more of a kind of a small widget or if you want more room. Um, you can certainly make that bigger and and easier to see. Things uh like checking off, you know, your to-dos, um, assigning things to people. Um, that can be helpful. Well, the last emails sent be an option to add to the dashboard. So, um, I think

28:39 we may already have that one. Let me see here. And I would say the intent is that everything you can do on the existing dashboard is probably going to be an option within this. So yeah, uh we've got messages. Um that's exactly the same as what we're showing now. I I don't recall if that's just incoming or or uh incoming. Um and then we also have

29:10 messages awaiting review now too. So that um that's a another popular one where you know if you've got any uh any of these uh messages here where you know you're waiting where you need to review them um you'll be able to uh to send that out as well. So so that can be helpful. Alan wants to know if you can sort checklist items by brand. Uh I don't know. Let's see. I like

29:33 how we don't know the answer. So uh not yet. So short answers now. Yeah. Yep. And uh yeah, like I say, um I might forget on the call. So uh but yeah, definitely definitely uh chat with us time and and remind us and and we'll add that to the to the wish list as well. So um so uh let's see here. So checklist, we looked

30:05 at that. Um this one I think is um this one's kind of an interesting one. So uh one request we get sometimes uh particularly people coming from other CRM you know competitors is for some for a what they call like a pipeline or something like that and um Checker doesn't really we're not real prescriptive about how you do business you know that you always need to do this then this then

30:34 this um so we don't really have a you know doing a pipeline in Check Cherry is a little bit unclear what that would look like. Uh, but we do have a number of kind of widgets that that are in that direction. So, um, to, you know, as an example, I like this bookings awaiting action. If we add that, what that'll do is show all of your bookings that have a certain status. So,

30:58 that'll show any bookings with no staff assigned, um, awaiting questionnaires, awaiting backdrop, and things like that. Um, and then you can click it just to see those specific bookings if you need. There's another question. If there's a bogus lead that comes in, would it need to be completely deleted out of Check Cherry in order for it to have for have it not counted in the lead

31:17 generation chart? Um, I think bogus means spam, I suppose. I don't know like how what what does bogus mean? Um, and how would do you how do you market currently? I guess. Mhm. So, the way it currently works and uh you know, like I say, we're we're open to feedback on this stuff. Um but the way it currently would work is if it's deleted or marked as spam, um it would not

31:44 show either in this year or last year. Yeah. So, you need to delete it basically. If it's archived, I believe we would we would count that, I believe. Yeah. Yep. And so and there is a market spam option in the in the lead as well. Yeah. Um and so we think the you know some of these things like the the bookings waiting action um kind of gives you a

32:09 booking pipeline that you can you know just see uh bookings that need action. Similarly we've got some lead uh lead pipeline type features. Um you can see your leads grouped by you know lead source lead type origin things like that. And you can also control how how far back you want to see. So if you want to see all of your It's not a great example. Just go back all the way. Um all

32:34 of your leads, you know, you can see the status. You know, I've got two in the hot status and uh one in the warm status. So if you're, you know, if you mark your leads by type or if you want to track where your leads are coming from, um you know, event booking form leads, online booking, things like that, you can do that as well. So oops and then similarly uh proposal count. So

33:06 a popular one that people want to see is um their proposals and particular you know how many how many proposals have been viewed, have expired, have been accepted, things like that. So, if I want to see in the last like 30 days, um, you know, how many proposals I've created, you know, I've got four that haven't been viewed by the customer yet, you know, maybe I need to follow

33:31 up with them. Two that have been viewed, but they haven't acted, you know, that's worth following up on. 19 that expired, you know, if you have a process for that, maybe you want to do something there. And then two that were accepted. So, um, you know, so you Yeah, great. kind of n you know push them through that that little pipeline there. Um and that can also be used just as aformational,

33:53 you know, if you've got sales staff or other people working those leads, you can kind of keep an eye on on what's happening there. Yeah. Yeah. So there's a a question, can you click on on the proposals by status? And yeah, if you click that, that'll take you just to the um the expired ones. So you can see uh see the the details on that. What else? So, and then a few others. Um, for

34:23 people that are more interested in the payments and payouts, we've got a few. Um, this is an existing. This is already on your dashboard, but the the recent payments will just show kind of, you know, any payments you've gotten in the last um, however far back you want to go. Uh, recent payouts. Uh this will only apply to customers using CH Cherry payments uh

34:45 because that's the only way we're able to get this kind of data. Uh but what we can do with that is show any um any payouts that you know are on on the that are recent or um upcoming. And you can kind of see where that money is, you know, how far along it is, whether it's been sent to your bank, whether it's um a day or two out still. And then uh this one

35:05 I think is, you know, probably one one people should have on their on their uh dashboard. it's past due payments. And what that'll do is show um any payments where you're awaiting the initial deposit. So maybe you sent somebody, you know, maybe you have a kind of a pay later option on your on your checkout process or maybe you overrode something and let them, you

35:30 know, let them through without paying that deposit. It will show those and then it'll show any that are are past the due date. So, um, you know, that's a good one to kind of make, uh, only show, you know, hide it if there are no results. But it's a useful way to kind of keep on top of your, uh, past few payments, I think. Love it. See what else we got here. 633. Yeah,

35:53 we early questions. We, you know, if we enter it, doesn't, you know, fine. And then, uh, messaging. Um couple of uh this one again is already on your dashboard or on the classic one. Um just kind of your recent messages and then your messages awaiting review. Um that'll show any that are in the queue waiting for your review before they go out. And then just kind of a few miscellaneous,

36:17 you know, we've got our our getting started checklist, you know, that new customers have when they first sign up. Um that's still that, you know, available as an option. Uh and then we've got our little quick actions. It just kind of has the create new, the tools, the switch brands, um some things like that. So, um, so again, kind of the default is going to be to leave leave the

36:36 classic dashboard on on accounts for now, so it's not overly disruptive. Um, but if you want to go in and remove any of those or add some new ones, you'll be able to or, uh, just build something from scratch. So, so I think that's kind of where we're at with in terms of widgets. Um, you know, definitely let us know as you play around with it if you know, ideas, uh, things that we don't

36:57 have that you want to see, all that type of stuff. Um, the only other thing I want to mention is that when you do go in and create a new admin account, um, by default, they'll just get the same dashboard that that you're on. But there is a new setting down here that'll show all of those dashboards. So, kind of buried on on your admin, you know, setting screen when you're

37:22 creating an account for an admin. Um, the default is going to be, you know, just a classic, but you can come in and give them one of your other dashboards as well. So if you do have that, you know, calendar, that scheduling person or something like that, you can um you can specifically set that on your end as well to to kind of control what they uh

37:40 see when they log in next time. So cool. Nice, Matt. So, does anybody have questions? Are we missing a widget? Um I'm sure we'll get feedback over time as people use it and get used to things in the new way of life. Um, but what's what somebody says? Flee says, "What can we customize a staff's dash?" What can I'm not following that 100%. So on the staff for staff accounts right

38:06 now, the dashboards only show up for for your admins uh admin stuff. But yep. But in the future, I I I'm sure we'll have kind of more of a staff uh a staff version or you know, we'll we'll see what that looks like in the in the long term. I like it. So, um any other questions out there? Feel free to uh raise your hand or chat, either which way. Um Matt, I'm excited. I think

38:39 this is great. I mean, this is really, you know, nice work. Um, I do have a question. Yeah, sure. Who is this? Hi, this is Filipa. Ah, hi Felipea. When will you be releasing it? Is it going to be beta? I missed the beginning 11. Oh, yeah. So, probably later this week is the is the plan. There just a couple little minor things we want to do. Um, I'm guessing most likely Thursday.

39:03 Um, uh is my guess. Um, and we'll send out a an email on that when we when we do announce it. Um, right now it's just kind of there will be a little like customized dashboard link at the very bottom of your account. So, it's not not super super obvious, but uh that's probably where it'll be. And then um and then you'll be able to come in and start playing very very

39:25 soon. No beta. Nope. Okay. And how does this uh engage with the online app or the Yeah, the mobile app? It doesn't uh currently affect the mobile app either. So Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Um, and I don't know on the mobile app, uh, our dashboard is, you know, on the mobile app is real basic. Um, and I can see, you know, we'll probably, we're probably not able to to do all of this on the mobile app,

39:53 but um, you know, I'm sure we'll have we kind of wanted to launch this, see what happens, and then and then take a stab at the mobile app soon. Um, there's still a few other things that are probably higher priority on the mobile app, such as, you know, push notifications. Uh, you don't have push notifications. Yeah. What? Okay. No, that's good to know because my team usually

40:15 uses the mobile app and I use the web like the browser. So, it's good to know that it won't be any difference in that to tell them. Yeah, for for uh as far as like communicating with staff, um it won't impact them at all at this point. Um only only like the admins and even those it'll only just be if if you want to opt into it. So, Uh Mike says any plans of integration with various

40:42 review sites to Google the not to notate someone somewhere where the clients have or not left a review. So I suppose this is not dashboard specific and um I don't know if they have APIs or something like that. You're the first one to mention. Yeah, I don't know. Um, yeah. I don't know if there's a way we would be able to know if somebody left a review if I'd be open to it.

41:04 Yeah, I could see that would be helpful in in uh hitting people up and and that stuff. Yeah, I suppose certainly we can make it a manual setting, you know. Yes. Or something, but yeah, try to stay away from like scraping data and like being like that. I mean, it's just not it's just tends not to be uh, you know, stable, I guess, to put it that way and reliable.

41:27 Um any other uh comments or questions? So sometime later this week um you know and we'll send an email. Uh we may put an announcement in the app or something so people see it. Um a link to the webinar kind of show them around a little bit. Um and we're looking forward to feedback. I think as people use it that's where it's going to be like oh you know what would be really helpful

41:53 is this or hey I'm looking for this. And I think Matt and I were talking, we both like that um it's any of the widgets are relatively self-contained, right? And it doesn't impact everybody. And so that that's um that's nice from us on the product standpoint. Um Mike says, "Thank you for all the nuggets. We're excited to see test them out." Yeah. Thanks, Mike. Thanks for all the

42:15 questions. Yeah, I do have one last question. Yeah, for the on the dashboard, I saw that there's going to be a the recent message piece. Uh will we will they also show how some are clicked, delivered, um bounced? Oh, interesting. Did we not show that on the uh I didn't I did have it a little small. Yeah, that one is exactly the same as what we currently show. Um yeah, and I honestly

42:42 I don't know. So, we do send I think I don't even know if these are only outgoing or if if those are incoming and outgoing. Um I actually don't recall. Yeah, both both usually are on there. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Um but yeah, I could see um certainly for the outgoing I I could see where that would be useful. So, um yeah. So, we didn't make any changes to it,

43:06 but yeah, I could see that that being Okay. Yeah, I only asked because today I had a client who called me and said, "Hey, the message went to spam or junk, but it showed um it did show delivered and it showed open on my end." Or clicked. Yeah, it they clicked it. Okay. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. No, I think that's a good idea. Um yeah, to show the status on there because we we uh we have it

43:35 right there. So, yeah, makes a lot of sense. And Mari says, "Good job, guys. Thanks." Yep. Matt did most of the work. Matt. Well, thank you, guys. We appreciate you uh spending your uh your Tuesday night with us. And uh yeah, we'll we'll have uh um be launching this real soon. And uh yeah, definitely let us know as you kind of play around with it. So, okay. Thanks everyone. Have a

43:57 good night. Thanks, Matt. Well, our next webinar, John, what's Hey, hey, our next webinar is in two weeks, same time, uh, same place, different Zoom link. Um, it's going to be on the designs feature. And so, we'll be walking through the designs feature and discussing it and kind of just how to get the most out of that designs feature. Um, it's not just for photo booth overload overlays,

44:22 templates. You can use it for other things. Um, and it's also a great time to give us feedback on uh on the feature so we can kind of talk about it and uh we're looking forward to that. It's heavily used by a lot of our customers, specifically photo booths. Um, but DJs also use it, right, for like monograms and other things and I've seen some creative stuff. Um, so join

44:41 us. Yep. And we'll be sending uh an email and all that stuff. Usual communication channels. Matt, thanks for the reminder. Awesome. Thank you guys so much. Appreciate it. Thank you. Hey, no worry, Lenisha. Thanks so much. Yep. Got your priorities straight with kids graduation, so you're good. There's a recording, so Yep. Okay. Bye, guys.
