Can I set different prices for members vs. public rentals?
Yes. Create separate packages for lodge members and public renters — you can also add a tier for member family events. Renters choose the appropriate option when booking. For known members, you can use Flex Pricing to apply discounts directly to their customer account.
Do renters have to book online, or can I review requests first?
Both options work. You can let people book directly with automatic contract signing and deposit collection. Or you can review requests first and approve them before sending the rental agreement. Many lodges prefer to review first.
How do deposits and security deposits work?
Set your deposit amount and it's collected at booking. You can also collect a security deposit as a separate line item. After the event, refund the security deposit or apply it to damages. Automatic reminders go out before payments are due.
Can multiple people manage the rentals?
Yes. Add board members, house committee chairs, or volunteers with their own login. Set permissions so each person sees what they need — some can just view the calendar, others can manage bookings and payments.
Does it sync with our calendar?
