I do weddings, schools, and corporate events. Can I have different packages for each?
Yes. You can organize packages by event type — weddings, schools, corporate, mitzvahs, quinceañeras, whatever you offer. When clients book online, they only see packages that apply to them. Each package group can have its own questionnaires, add-ons, and pricing.
How do the planning forms work?
Create questionnaire templates for different event types. Attach them to packages, and they automatically appear in the client portal after booking. Clients fill them out on their own time, and you can send automatic reminders until they're complete. Forms support text fields, dropdowns, file uploads, song pickers, and even Spotify playlist links.
Can clients share their Spotify playlists with me?
Yes. Add a playlist field to your questionnaire and clients can paste their Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube Music playlist link. Check Cherry pulls in all the tracks so you can see (and preview) exactly what they want.
Do I have to offer online booking?
No. Many DJs prefer to send proposals after talking to clients first. You can use Check Cherry purely for proposals, contracts, and payments. Or use "request for proposal" mode where clients build their event but you approve before they pay. Online booking is popular, but not required.
Can I assign multiple staff to an event?
Yes. Assign as many staff as you need — DJs, MCs, dancers, lighting techs, whatever roles you have. Each staff member gets notified, sees their schedule, and can access event details. You control what they can see (hide pricing if needed).
