When a client books online and signs their contract, they are given the option to create a login. If they skip that step, or if you created the booking manually, you can send them a login invitation.

Sending a Login Invitation
Manage → User Accounts
Go to User Accounts and search for the person.
Click on their name to open their profile.
Click Send Login Invitation.


Customizing the Invitation Email
You can edit what the invitation email says before sending it.
Manage → Automated Messages → System Templates
Go to Automated Messages and click the System Templates tab.
Find the Client Invitation template and click Edit.
Customize the message. The invitation link is included automatically.


Staff Invitations
There is also a Staff Invitation template for inviting new staff members. Edit it the same way under System Templates.
