When someone books online, they are given the option to create a login after paying. If you create a booking manually, Check Cherry sends the client a login invitation email so they can access their client portal.

What Clients Can Do After Logging In
- View their bookings and event details
- Sign contracts
- Make payments
- Fill out questionnaires and song playlists
- Choose backdrops and design templates
- Download invoices
Managing Client Accounts
Manage → User Accounts
Each client account includes:
- Contact info: Name, email, phone, company name.
- Bio: A freeform notes field for anything you want to remember about the client.
- Tax exempt status: Mark a client as tax exempt if applicable.
- Profile image: Optional photo of the client.
- Saved payment methods: Any credit cards the client has saved.
- Current bookings: All bookings associated with this client.
Only assign either customer or staff permissions to a user, not both.
Resending Login Credentials
If a client can not find their login email, you can resend it from their user account page. You can also reset their password from there.
