How do my customers log in?

When someone books online, they are given the option to create a login after paying. If you create a booking manually, Check Cherry sends the client a login invitation email so they can access their client portal.

What Clients Can Do After Logging In

  • View their bookings and event details
  • Sign contracts
  • Make payments
  • Fill out questionnaires and song playlists
  • Choose backdrops and design templates
  • Download invoices

Managing Client Accounts

Each client account includes:

  • Contact info: Name, email, phone, company name.
  • Bio: A freeform notes field for anything you want to remember about the client.
  • Tax exempt status: Mark a client as tax exempt if applicable.
  • Profile image: Optional photo of the client.
  • Saved payment methods: Any credit cards the client has saved.
  • Current bookings: All bookings associated with this client.
Only assign either customer or staff permissions to a user, not both.

Resending Login Credentials

If a client can not find their login email, you can resend it from their user account page. You can also reset their password from there.
