Zapier can automatically send your proposal data to other apps — like adding new proposals to a project tracker in Airtable, or notifying your team in Slack when a proposal gets accepted.

Available proposal triggers
Check Cherry sends data to Zapier when these proposal events happen:
- New proposal created
- Proposal sent to client
- Proposal viewed by client
- Proposal accepted (signed and paid)
- Proposal expired
Setting up a proposal Zap
In Zapier, create a new Zap with Check Cherry as the trigger app.
Choose the proposal event you want to track.
Connect your Check Cherry account if you haven't already.
Set up the action in your destination app.
Test the Zap and turn it on.
Most people start with "Proposal Accepted" since that's when the deal is done. You can always add more triggers later.
