Automatically sync new client accounts to your email marketing platform or CRM whenever someone books or fills out a lead form. The user trigger in Zapier fires when a new client account is created in Check Cherry.

Setting up the user trigger
In Zapier, create a new Zap with Check Cherry as the trigger app.
Select New User as the trigger event.
Connect your Check Cherry account if you haven't already.
Test the trigger to make sure it's working.
Choose your action app (like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign).
Map the Check Cherry user fields to your action app.
Turn on your Zap.
The user trigger includes the client's name, email, phone number, and any custom information they provided on your booking form or lead form.
When the trigger fires
A new user account is created when someone:
- Books through your online booking engine
- Fills out a lead form
- Is manually added by you or your team
