You already use AI for parts of your day. Check Cherry lets you point that same assistant at your own business so it can answer real questions about your leads, bookings, and payments, instead of giving generic advice. You stay in control: it only looks when you ask, and it never acts on its own.
What is the AI connection?
Check Cherry has a secure connection that an AI assistant you already use, like ChatGPT or Claude, can plug into. Once connected, the assistant can look at your Check Cherry data and help you make sense of it, draft messages, and talk through what to do next. Think of it as giving a smart assistant a read-only window into your business, plus a notepad to draft things for you.
Is it included in my plan?
Nothing extra. This is included with every Check Cherry account, on every plan, at no additional cost.
The one address you'll need
Every assistant asks for the same web address. Copy this and paste it wherever your assistant asks for a custom connector or MCP server:
Connect from Claude
On a Team or Enterprise plan, an owner usually adds the connector once under Organization settings, and then it is available to everyone. Claude's UI changes from time to time, so if a step looks different, follow Claude's official guide: Get started with custom connectors.
Connect from ChatGPT
Custom connectors are available on most paid ChatGPT plans on the web. As with any tool, the menu names may shift over time, so OpenAI's official guide is the backup: ChatGPT connectors.
Connect from Cursor and other tools
Any tool that supports MCP can connect the same way. Add https://www.checkcherry.com/mcp as a remote MCP server in the tool's configuration. The first time you use it, you'll be asked to sign in to Check Cherry and approve permissions automatically. For a list of compatible tools, see the MCP client directory.
Using an API key instead
Some tools, or your own scripts, ask for an API key rather than walking you through a sign-in. For those, create an Integration Key in Check Cherry and use it as the connector's API key.
Is my data safe?
Yes. When you connect, you sign in to Check Cherry yourself and choose exactly which permissions to grant. The assistant only ever sees your own business data, scoped to your account, and nothing from anyone else. You can disconnect at any time, either from the AI tool or from Check Cherry's settings.
What you can ask it
The real value is using it as an advisor, not just a report. Because it can see your actual business, it can answer questions a static report never could. A few to try:
- "If you ran my business, what would you change this week?"
- "Which leads should I follow up with first, and what should I say?"
- "Critique my packages from a customer's point of view."
- "What needs my attention this week, and what should I do about each?"
- "Review my recent activity and tell me where I'm leaving money on the table."
- "How do I set up online booking?" (it can read Check Cherry's help center and walk you through it)
Behind the scenes, the assistant can read and summarize your events and bookings, leads, payments, packages and add-ons, appointments and availability, and Check Cherry's own help articles, and it can draft text for you to review.
Still stuck?
If a step looks different than what you see, or the connection isn't working, start the chat (the chat bubble in the lower right) and the Check Cherry team can help you get connected.
