That review funnel YouTube taught you can get your Google reviews wiped. After the event, you ask, "How was your experience?" Happy clients get the Google link. Unhappy clients get a quiet little feedback form. It's called review gating, and it's a trap. Google's review policies prohibit it. They can remove your reviews, including the honest five-star ones you earned. The fix is simpler. Anyway, ask everyone. The cure for one bad review is 50 good ones around it. and the client whose event went sideways, they could already leave that review. Asking didn't create it. What asking does is wake up the happy majority who would have stayed silent. Across event businesses on the Check Cherry platform, only 24% automate a review ask at all. Three out of four of your competitors never systemically ask. You don't need a trick. You just need to actually ask. Want the full playbook? comment reviews and I'll send it to you directly.
