A zone is a distance band around your starting address with a rule attached. Enter a venue and check cherry measures the distance then applies the matching zone. Inside a zone, charge how you actually charge a flat fee or a per mile rate with the first stretch free. Driving both ways? Set it to round trip and the math doubles itself. Some packages are worth a long drive and some aren't. So each zone can start from a different address and apply only to the packages you choose. And when the drive stops being worth it at all, travel settings let you stop taking bookings past your outermost zone.
