You need someone to work a Saturday wedding. Who is free? Will they take it? Will they actually turn up? In Check Cherry, your team can claim it or request it and wait for your approval. If the package takes three people, it stays on your unassigned list until it has all three. Turn on accept or decline and it waits for a real yes. Then set their arrival time. Your event starts at 6:00. Most set it an hour or two earlier for load in when the doors aren't open. Turn on check in and they punch in from the Check Cherry app when they arrive and out when they leave. One staffer or six, same thing. You needed someone, now you know who, when, and that they got there.
