0:00 : If you've ever wished you could just ask your Check Cherry account a question instead of digging through screens for the answer, this one's for you. : Check Cherry now connects directly to AI systems like Chat GBT and Cloud. : In this video, we'll explain what that actually is, walk you through connecting it, and show you what to ask once you're set up. : So what is an MCP server? : It's an open standard that lets an AI assistant connect to outside tools and pull in real information. : Instead of you copying and pasting data in or exporting a spreadsheet, the Check Cherry MCP server is What lets Chat GBT, Cloud, or any other connected assistant actually look up your bookings, leads, and payments when you ask in plain English. : Now, let's get it connected. : There's one URL that works for every assistant, checkcherry.com/Mcp.
0:48 : You'll only need to do this once per platform. : For Chat GBT, go to settings, then apps. : Click advanced and turn on developer mode. : Add a custom connector using the check cherry McP URL. : Then sign in to Check cherry, approve what you want to share, and you're ready to ask. : For Claude, go to settings. : Then connectors Click add custom connector. : Paste the same URL in as the remote MCP server and save.
1:24 : Sign in to Check cherry and approve the permissions you want to grant. : That's it. : You can start asking right away. : If you're on cursor or another tool that speaks MCP, the process is the same idea. : Add the Check cherry URL as a remote MCP server in your client settings and the sign in, and permission step happens automatically the first time you connect. : Once you're connected, go to manage Business Settings, head over to your integrations. : We have some example prompts for you there to get you started. : It's not just answering questions either.
1:58 : It can draft things for you like a follow-up email to a lead that's gone quiet, and you always review before anything sends. : With the permissions you grant, it can take small actions too, like creating an event or adding a note. : It only acts when you ask. : There's no way for. : To email your clients or charge a card on its own. : A quick note on control, since this is the part people usually want to know, you choose exactly what to share when you connect. : The assistant only sees your business, not anyone else's, and you can disconnect at any time, either from your AI tool. : Or from your Check Cherry settings.
