Let's jump in. Let's start by heading to manage, business settings,
0:24 travel. Let's say you only want to accept bookings within 50 miles of your business. We're going to go to new travel zone and we're going to call it something like available area. I'll leave the minimum distance blank and set the max distance to 50 mi. This is just the limit of where I'm willing to travel. And you can also start it at your business address or do a custom address down here.
0:48 I'm going to leave it to my business address. I'm going to leave the fee at no fees. This is just the limit where I'm willing to travel. And you can also treat the travel fees as taxable. Calculate a distance one way or round trip. This is if you were just going to the business or if you're going to the business and back to your address. You'll get a prompt after you save

This lets them know after the booking process that hey, I don't travel this far. This is not my travel area. Now, let's say you want to charge for certain areas. We're going to make a new travel zone.

And I like to make the travel fees taxable. And then I'm going to make a new travel zone for 25 to 100 miles. keep it at my business address. Flat fee for this one. I'm going to make it a $30 fee.
2:03 We're going to keep it at one way. We also have a try it out feature. And we're going to see what it's going to charge for this address. And you can see that it realizes the zone that I'm wanting to keep it in. Total charge of $30, travel fee for 25 to 100 miles. Now, let's say you want to charge by the miles. So, we're going to go to new travel zone again. We're
2:26 going to name this distancebased fee. Take it 25 to 100. Choose our business address. Again, we're going to go down to distancebased fee. Let's do $1 per mile. And we want to add a free distance of the first 25 miles. We're going to keep it one way. And let's try that out. Let's see. And you'll see that it realizes the zone name of distance space fee. Total charge
2:56 $47. 72 miles minus 25 miles equals 47 miles at $1. And just to walk through a couple other specific features, you can assign travel zones to specific packages. Say you have like a drop off booth that's only available in certain regions. You can choose whichever package you don't want to include for the travel base fees. When you're editing an event,
