Hey everyone. In this video, I'll walk you through booking presets and the online booking engine in Check Cherry. By the end, you'll know how to set up your presets, customize how they look, and assign different looks to different packages. Online booking lets your clients browse your packages, choose their options, and complete their purchase without waiting on you for a custom quote. Think of it like a shopping cart for your services that works 24/7. Most businesses use it for their standard packages and still send custom proposals for the unique requests. The way you control that whole experience is through your presets. Up in the top menu, go to manage, then booking engine, then the presets tab. This is your home base for everything we're about to do. To edit a preset, click the three dots right next to the one you want to change, and select edit. You'll notice a row of tabs across the top. And each tab represents a step your client goes through when they book. Click into any tab to customize that step. Now, let's make it look like your brand. From presets, then new booking preset. And here's the powerful part. You can create multiple presets and assign them to different packages. So, you could have one look for weddings and a totally different look for birthday parties. Give your theme a name. From there, use the step tabs to style each part of the flow. For every step, you can customize your background colors or upload a background image. Add gradient effects and write custom header and description text. And you've got a step for each part of the journey. User information, calendar, add-ons, staff selector, backdrops, address, extra questions, and finally, the deposit step. Not every step shows up in every flow. If you don't use add-ons or staff selection, clients won't see those, but you can still style them just in case you turn them on later. Each service gets the experience that fits it best. And that's booking presets and the online booking engine. Set up a preset that matches your brand. Apply it across your packages and you've got a polished 247 booking experience doing the selling for you. And as always, if you get stuck, feel free to reach out to our support team.
