How do I send a client their photo gallery link?

After an event, you can add a link to the client's photo or video gallery on their booking and send it to them by email. The gallery link appears in the Deliverables section of the booking.

Open the booking you'd like to send photos to.
Scroll to the bottom and find the Deliverables section.
Paste the photo gallery and/or video gallery URL.
Save the booking.

Sending the Email

Use a message template to send the gallery link. Check Cherry includes a photo album template by default for newer accounts.

Click on the booking.
Click the Quick Send button and choose the photo album template.
Customize the email if needed, then click Send Email.
Or click the dropdown arrow next to the send button to personalize the email, add it to your review list, or edit the template.

Creating or Editing the Photo Album Template

If you need to create or customize the photo album message template:

Look for the template called Send customer photo album link.
Edit the email content as needed, then click Save.
The template will now be available in the Quick Send list on any booking.
You can also automate this process by setting up an automated message that sends the gallery link a set number of days after the event date.
