Plans change. A client might request video instead of phone, or want to meet in person instead of virtually. You can update the meeting type on any scheduled appointment without losing the time slot or having to reschedule.
Why change meeting types?
Flexibility builds trust with clients. When someone requests a different format — maybe they'd prefer video over phone, or they want to meet at your studio instead of virtually — accommodating that preference shows you're easy to work with. It's also common for practical reasons: a client might realize they need to see examples in person, or their schedule changes and a phone call works better than driving to meet you.
