Need to schedule a consultation, tasting, or planning call with a client? You can create appointments manually for clients who contact you directly, or let them book available time slots through your online booking.
Create New → Appointment
Click Create New in the top nav.
Select Appointment.
Fill in the required information.
Add any optional details.
Click Save.
Required information
Every appointment needs:
- Name of the invitee
- Email address
- Scheduled date
- Time of the appointment
- Length of the appointment
- Meeting type (in person, phone, or video call)
Optional information
You can also add:
- Phone number for the attendee
- Email addresses for additional guests
- Meeting location details
- Private notes (only visible to you)
Private notes are great for reminding yourself what to cover in the meeting or any special requests the client mentioned.
