If you work with a team, you probably don't assign every event yourself. Staff requests let you post open events so your team can volunteer for the ones they want to work — then you choose who gets it. It keeps scheduling collaborative without losing control.
How it works
When you mark a package as open for requests, your staff members are notified and can request to work it. You review who's interested and confirm the assignment. Staff only see events they've been invited to request — they don't have access to your full booking list.
This works well for businesses that have a roster of available staff and want to fill events based on who's free and interested, rather than manually chasing people down.
Opening a booking for staff requests
You can open any confirmed booking for staff requests directly from the Service settings page.

Reviewing and confirming staff
Once staff have responded, you'll see who's available and interested. From there, you decide who works the event.
Viewing all open staff requests
You can see all pending and past staff requests in one place, rather than hunting through individual bookings.
This view shows which bookings are open for requests, who has responded, and the status of each assignment. It's the quickest way to see what's unconfirmed and needs attention.
What staff see
When a staff request is sent, the staff member receives a notification (email or in-app, depending on their settings). They'll see the event date, time, and location — enough to know whether they're available — and can accept or decline. They don't see pricing, client details, or other bookings.
