0:16 okay I'm all set over here Matt um so you want to take it away you want me to do a quick intro you got that either way yeah maybe do a quick intro I guess okay yeah so um we recently uh came out with a plan feature uh long been on the list of things that customers have asked for um and so uh this uh year we got to it so I'm happy about that um of course it's a first iteration like

0:43 everything with Check Cherry um we think it's really going to help people increase sales give customers options we're excited about it um and we want to share kind of how it works and quite frankly there was more to think about uh than one would think with payment plan feature um and so there are some details um and so on but we're looking forward to hearing feedback

1:04 and questions and all that stuff and so I think Matt's going to do a demo um and we'll go from there perfect so let me share my screen here so um Okay cool so I'll just kind of start with with the the customer experience so um you know with with payment plans um there's a couple ways you can kind of do them you know you might have cases where you want to give somebody uh um you know a

1:31 custom option but we're going to start with kind of the more automated uh workflow where you know maybe have a online booking on your website and you just want to let your customers be able to book and choose a payment plan so um so how that works you know the customer kind of goes through the booking um process like normal maybe they pick a wedding um you know they'll provide their info

1:53 choose a date um we'll choose a date kind of a little ways out you know we'll say uh you know maybe ail 1 so we've got a few months worth of uh time to work with um and they might have different add-ons different you know different upsell different things that they choose um we put a venue in here and once they get to the end of the process you know they'll continue to see kind

2:18 of the overview of of what it is they booked um you know all of their details um looks like we've got a couple of test test lines on this one but um basic basically what's new um if if you're kind of familiar with with the normal check Cherry booking process what's new is going to be this area uh previously they would have just two options you know deposit where they pay the the deposit you

2:43 know and on this package that's set to just kind of a flat rate of 150 bucks um or they would have the option to pay in full and so what we add I just want inter this to be clear this is the last step on the online booking part correct before it becomes a confirmed booking correct yeah so they they're going through the online booking process they haven't finished yet they haven't signed they

3:07 haven't paid and um and so so at this point um I've got it set up so we've we've added a kind of another payment uh option uh beyond the deposit and the total balance and that's a um you know you could think of this is four payments or or the deposit plus three payments so um you know if I select that option um you know I'm going to be able to see three payments totaling 97 you know

3:37 uh 915 because I'm paying my deposit and between that date and then once they click on it you know once they click away we kind of try to keep it compact but once they click on it we're going to show all the dates and and amounts so that they can um you know so they know what they're going to be paying um you'll also see this option too this is new so um enable autopay and this can be set

3:59 to default on default off um we'll take a look at some of the options for for payment plans in a minute um but with that what I can do is um basically as a customer I can have all of my future Billings automatically deducted and so that means I don't need to return to the make a payment page or things like that um it's just going to deduct from my Parton file and so we'll

4:23 click next step and um at that point it's going to show the uh the payment options that are available so um worth pointing out this is going to only be autopay compatible methods so we'll take a look a little bit later what that means um but if they choose autopay you know it's not going going to include something like um you know a check option where uh where we can't automatically deduct that

4:50 from their bank account so um so basically just you can kind of think of that as your credit card bank account um those are going to be your autopay methods and once they do that you know they'll um looks like we've got Payment Processing fees set up to to be passed along to the customer um and so we'll collect their their cards and um and I'm not actually going to make the payment but

5:15 basically at that point um this would become a confirmed booking and so um and at that point the customer is going to be on a payment plan so um so that's kind of what it looks like from the customer side um pretty straightforward um you can have different you know different payment options that you give them uh depending on what what types of bookings you typically do so um so

5:43 let's take a look at how we go about setting this up so um so to kind of set up your your automatic payment plans hey Matt uh somebody's saying it's Robert's saying it's hard to kind of hear you basically I I can do kind of decently enough I don't know if it's just or something but he says maybe yeah yeah um but in any case I it seems fine to me or doable to me I guess but MH

6:07 okay um yeah some Paul saying sounds fine on his end Robert I don't Robert was Robert in the car hey Robert maybe being in the car okay but okay yeah I'm not sure maybe maybe my internet's not as as good as it usually is or I'm not sure so anyway but yeah so um so how you can kind of set these up is under manage and then payment settings um you know previously we had these settings for due

6:38 dates and and things like that um underneath that you'll see a new Option called payment plans and that's where you can go in to set them up and so right now what we've got are um a couple of payment options so we've got uh deposit and final that's kind of already been built in pay and full has already been built in and so the new ones that we've added are deposit plus monthly payments and

7:04 deposit plus split the balance equally and so um you know those kind of sound similar but they're a little bit different so with the deposit plus monthly payments that's where you can basically give your customers a monthly payment plan and so what that means is if it's six months away they're going to have six payments if their event is 12 months away they're going to have

7:26 12 payments and so it's automatically going to spread it over the length of time that they've um um that their booking is and then split balance equally is if you kind of if you would prefer to keep it a little bit you know kind of more of a a set number of payments um and so with that you can decide how many payments you want to split it up into and so if you choose that option basically

7:50 what that'll allow you to do is split it into two payments or five payments or however many you want and you can have more more than one um of these payment plan options in your account so if you want to have you know a few different options um you're welcome to do that and so right now I've got a pay up front and then I've got a um split it into three payments and then I split it into

8:16 six payments and so when the customer goes to book you um they'll be able to uh to choose from any of those options so um you know check Cherry supports a lot of different you know there can be a lot of variables in in kind of how you have things set up um you know you might have different deposit amounts set on different packages or you might have um your due dates set in different ways so

8:43 one of the things we added was kind of a try it out tool so you can get a preview of how that's going to look in different scenarios so right now I've got these four payment plans set up um and so this try it out is a a quick way to kind of see what that's going to look like so right now um you know I can pay 450 today I can break it up into three payments I can choose the six payment

9:06 option or um the customer will be able to pay in full and as you choose different packages you know if they have different deposit amounts we'll update the calculations to reflect that so you can kind of play with with different scenarios you know maybe you have a a wedding gold um but you want to see what it looks like if you've got you know $1,500 or um you know maybe their event is

9:33 you know much closer um you can get a preview of of what payment options are going to be available then so definitely recommend the the try it out option kind of makes it really easy to uh to see with your specific payment plans or with your specific packages um you know what what is uh what it's going to look like to the customer there's also um you know sometimes there are certain

9:57 conditions uh where we can't necessarily show that payment plan so the most common one is just going to be if um if the booking is before the final due date and so to take a look at this so um right now under our um let's go back to our payment overview page right now we've got final payment due seven days before the booking schedule date um and so what that means is if it's if the booking

10:25 is less than seven days before the bookings date so somebody books a a an event for two days from now we're not going to show all the payment plan options because it's just going to cause you know more problem I have a question yep do you think that the monthly or the split payments equally is one better than the other um you know does chech Cherry recommend one do you have any thoughts on

10:48 yeah I think um I would say you course it depends yeah um do you do a lot of real far out events um I think uh if you do higher dollar further out you know the uh um that monthly option might be um might be easiest um but um I don't know that I don't know do you have a uh a recommendation yeah no I mean I yeah I think you probably talk to your customers and just kind of see what they say or

11:17 all stuff but I I think the monthly is easiest to explain personally uh just to customers and I think when you're talking to customers or when they're buying if things are easier to understand like that's better um that being said Check Cherry lays it out with the bullets to each dollar amount um You probably don't want to get you know a $30 payment each month or maybe a do

11:38 I mean it doesn't sound you know from a client as opposed to two bigger payments um but yeah I mean I think it kind of I I would probably as a business owner personally I would probably start with monthly and then see what kind of feedback I got I don't know that I would enable to both of them uh yeah I certainly wouldn't do more than you know more than a handful I I wouldn't do you know

12:00 I mean we don't prevent you from doing I mean you could probably do 10 different payment options if you wanted but I think that's going to be really confusing to the customer when they see you know million different options so I would probably do monthly or split I I probably wouldn't do both and I would probably keep it to you know just a handful of options Adam ask are payment plan

12:20 options shown in proposals they are and so um so let's take a quick look at the proposal workflow um so originally we looked at online booking um but let's go ahead and create a new proposal so we'll go ahead and create that same wedding gold package we'll go ahead and set it out a ways and we'll skip the customer put venue on there and so now when the customer goes to review

12:51 that proposal um this page is all going to look the same as before um no no changes here and then when they click accept and sign they're going to see those same uh payment options so they can choose that deposit three payments deposit plus six payments total balance um and then again they can choose the enable auto pay option if if it's applicable um obviously if you're paying

13:18 in full that would not apply um one thing you can do with proposals that you cannot do with online booking though is you can manually adjust that payment schedule and so if you go to the manage booking dropdown and look for that adjust payment schedule um you'll see kind of an overview of of what the options are and so um you know we show the deposit amount is set to 150 the final balance

13:46 due date and there's a note here that the customer will be presented with just the default payment plan options but let's go and change that so if I edit that um you know I can change those numbers but let's go ahead and make something custom so in this case I'm going to do a custom payment schedule and this is just going to be for this um specific customer and so let's do another you

14:07 know $250 do on January 1st and another um you know February 1st will'll do another $250 um and then you can also um you know if you'd rather work with % uh we do have kind of a quick a quicker way of doing that too so if you'd rather just say 25% 25% um you know 25% you can do that as well and so that'll let you edit the deposit amounts the um any scheduled intermediate payments and then

14:43 the final due date all all in one place uh we also have an option down at the bottom about whether how how you want to treat autopay and so kind of the default is going to be that the customer can choose whether to enable autopay or not uh you can also make it required or you can turn it off and so um um so yeah so you could do that um Tim has a question um Can the payment custom

15:10 payment schedule be done without global payment plans being on and the answer to that is yes uh we'll just show you know you can still change it to custom and even if you don't have any any other payment plans you can still go in and set it up from somebody okay we also have Ashley she says upcoming bookings can I opt into payment plans on their own right um for off for yeah for

15:31 upcoming bookings um uh you would have to do that that manually and we'll take a look at at what that looks like um as well so um now that I have a custom payment schedule enabled if I go back to accept this proposal now I'm just going to see um because I kind of hardcoded that as the admin you know I set this person has a custom plan of this um that's going to be the only option for them

16:00 so they'll see each time you know each date each amount and um we made the autopay optional so they can choose whether to enable that or not yeah and Robert Robert saying payments are automatic yeah there is an option to enable there's an option to force requiring people to do autopay um so yeah they can be automatic and automatically uh hit on the due date yeah and Paul Paul asks as well so

16:25 just to conf payments will not be automatically withdrawn unless customer opts in um that's correct you can force them to always use it force them to never use it or you can leave it optional so kind of our default is that we make it optional um but you can um you know you can disable that if you don't like that feature or um how you know however you want to deal with

16:47 that so and so um so yeah so once they accept that um they're going to be good to go and you know depending on their autopay settings um you know that'll be deducted automatically or not Adam says how can we delete or edit the booking plus final payment if we require more than two payments do I don't follow that 100% does that make sense to you uh let's see I'm not positive on

17:17 that one yeah sorry Adam maybe clarify that and we'll get an answer or unmute yourself uh for a second chime in when they opt in for the payment plan is it auto yes so if they say enable automatic payments and opt in um absolutely and Ashley we answered your question did you get the did you hear it okay you're good saw you step away okay I think

17:49 um my understanding I think what Adam's asking is um basically can you turn the so by default we have a couple of things enabled um we have the deposit up front then final payment due and then we have the full pay the full balance up front um we don't currently have an option to turn those off but um that is um you know we've had a couple requests for something along those lines so U my

18:18 guess is that is something we will offer in the in the future there's just a few edge cases that we need to make sure handled correctly before we do that so so Katie says I was hoping this was like an a firm afterpay type deal so yeah um so chat with this after so we we do have uh a Clara integration um in beta um so um yeah reach out to us offline and and we can get you in on that

18:44 so with clar um you know they there's a fee for that to use that so it's not but it's more than credit cards right yeah I think it's um I think it's like six or s% so it's you know you can either pass that along to the customer or eat it or whatever but um but yeah we do have a beta of that so um so it's a little little different than this this would be more of a a

19:10 payment plan that you're offering yourself um but that is something that we'll we'll have uh you something a little more official on soon um and so um and then I guess to to go back to Adam's question um as far as if you do set up a custom payment schedule that is the only option they'll get so if you're sending somebody a proposal and you offer kind of a custom plan of

19:38 some sort um and you don't want to offer the the painful um you can do that so cool yeah David is also interested David just chat with us yep if you're interested in the clar beta just chat yeah from within your account and we'll yeah and so um so once somebody you know once somebody accepts their proposal they finish the online booking process at that point they going to be a

20:05 confirmed booking and um for confirmed bookings you're still going to have that option to adjust the payment schedule so I can still come in with my um confirmed booking and set different you know if they agreed to a payment plan you'll be able to see all that information right here you can change dates you know if something happens and and they ask you to push a date back or change the amount

20:31 or something like that you can do that um and so you can make changes any time um you'll notice on this particular one autopay is not available because the customer doesn't have a payment method on file and so because this proposal was never you know we never had a chance to collect a credit card on on this particular user um in that case we're not going going to be

20:55 able to do autopay but as long as you've um you know previously collected a credit card from them uh there's a good chance they'll have a card on file and you can you can set that up as as needed um I wonder if we have one that does have one on there no I don't have a good example of this one um yeah so couple of questions about um Clara so Clara is basically a uh kind of a buy now pay

21:27 later service so if you've seen um you know on websites a firm Clara afterpay they're all real similar and they basically uh what they do is they give the merchant they let the customer um basically Buy on credit and they autod deduct from the customer's uh Bank every you know few months or however the the um whatever the uh whatever the timetable is and um and

21:58 the merchant gets the money up front yeah the benefit is the merchant gets the money up front the customer then pays over time um yeah I mean almost all of our customers get payment before the event um and cards have a lower fee um so it seems you know that being said I mean it is an alternative financing and the more plans or the more payment options

22:24 you offer I think in a lot of ways the you know that helps increase sales which is good um yeah and um so David asks um how can you make the customer aware of the payment plan option if they don't have a card on file for proposals um for proposals it's it's really easy we'll we'll show the plan um because that's that's what we're doing with the proposal is is collecting that

22:46 information so um as long as that due dates out in the future uh the customer will will have the payment plan options and then once they select their payment plan um you know then they can uh can save the card on file and everything so another question can we offer a percentage off this auto pay is set up um not currently it's a good idea though

23:09 yeah yeah I like it what happens if autopay fails so um if autopay fails well let's take a quick look at a couple other things on autopay so first off um so if we go back to our payment settings page um I just kind of want to call out uh you'll see within your account you're going to have your customer payment options you'll be able to see with this little tag here which payment

23:39 methods are autopay capable and so in our account that means credit card that means bank account and the reason some payments are obviously we need to be able to build the the payment method on file um we also uh need to be able to build it for an arbitrary amount so we don't you know we have a good idea of what that payment amount is but we don't know the full payment amount up front

24:03 so we're not able to do autopay with something like PayPal uh where they they require you to uh specify all the payment amounts up front so um so with check Sherry that's going to be credit card uh bank account slac if you're on uh stripe or on uh check shry payments and if you're on stripe and square it's going to be credit card hey can I discount if I pay in full yeah no not yet yeah

24:29 it's a good idea I think it makes sense to flex pricing yeah and then um another issue so a lot of times we see that people pass along credit card processing fees to their customers so they'll do you know 2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction things like that um that will get applied to your autopay payments as well so if you're charging your customer to 2.9% plus 30 um that is going to get

24:57 passed along to them so just you know worth worth keeping in mind um we'll assess that at the time the payment happens so if you change your payment processing fees you know partway through a payment plan um we're going to use whatever whatever processing fee you're charging at the time that's what's going to get passed along to your customer so um and then yeah so you you had mentioned uh

25:29 uh failures Jud so basically if a autopay payment fails um by default we'll kick out an automated message uh to the customer we'll send an automated email to you letting you know that it failed and then we'll um and then we'll take them off that payment plan so that um so they can uh resolve the issue yeah figure out how you want to handle that basically and we probably have some more work

25:55 to do on you know making that smoother but I think the the point I guess would like to make is just because somebody agrees to do autopay doesn't mean you're guaranteed to get the money right a lot of for all sorts of reasons um over the balance um it can be things like card expires or expired yeah um or they can block transactions or I mean there's just point being you know it doesn't

26:22 just because somebody agrees to autopay does not necessarily that being said I do think um you know doing automatic credit card payments on balances would help smooth out cash flow for a lot of our customers and so obvious that's something uh that's interesting um obviously you want to visit your contract and like how that might impact uh you know if somebody postpones or cancels

26:46 or something I don't know um but maybe it's not too different than what they do now um but yeah I mean I think definitely uh higher dollar amount purchase is over monthly payments is you know less to to or easier to swallow should I say and um the other thing to keep in mind um let's see what am I doing WR that in the future the other thing to keep in mind is that your customers um you

27:18 know they within their booking they always have a make a payment Tab and so um we've always had the option to where they can make an arbitrary payment so they can come in and pay the full balance make a partial payment things like that um one addition to the make a payment page now if they're on a payment plan um and they've got you know scheduled payments uh upcoming uh they'll

27:44 be able to see all those scheduled payments they can also pay in advance so um you know maybe if you don't have autopay enabled um you know and you just want to make it easy for them to pay when they come to the make a payment page they're going to have a pay now button here that's going to pre-fill in this amount for them or they can just make an arbitrary payment anytime so

28:03 that continues to be an option and what will do with partial payments or or any payments that are received it will always be applied to the oldest payment so you know if I pay you know regardless of the payment amount you know if I come in and make an $810 payment it's going to be applied to this oldest payment first and then you know whatever's left might get applied to that and

28:28 um and so just something to keep in mind it's it's always going to be applied to the oldest scheduled payment um let's see so um Tim asks uh which brings up question so if they're on a payment plan with autopay and the booking is set to canel or postponed will the payments be stopped and the answer to that is yes so anything cancelled anything in postpone status um or of course

28:57 if you delete the booking out right that would that would not uh charge the customer anymore um yeah next one is about automated messages effectively On The Run yeah so let's take a quick look at automated messages I think that's a a reasonable segue so we've got a few automated messages that come into play with um with these so uh within your

29:23 account we've already added um a couple of new automated messages so these are already set to go out and basically notify business owner when autopay payment fails and notify customer when autopay payment fails and so in both of these cases um you know these are set to go out already and they're just you know generic we were unable to process your

29:45 schedule autopay payment please make a payment here um you can customize that and and make it a little more more personal if you want or you can leave it alone um you can also set up new um new triggers so say you want to send um reminders of an upcoming payment uh this payment due date will apply to both scheduled payments and that final payment so you can use this to um to send

30:12 your customers you know reminder emails uh warning emails like hey just know you know just a reminder we're we're going to bill you in two days or if you have autopay turned off um that might be a reminder that hey you have a payment due in two days and um visit the website to make that payment um we also have a couple of conditions that we've added so you can say um for your

30:36 scheduled payments you know is this the final payment or is this uh one of your intermediate payment um probably not you know not generally useful but um but you may may have a reason to to kind of you know customize between those two um and then of course our our balance uh conditions that you you know just that out if it's been paid or not fully paid or things like that as

31:01 well and so um the other one that that's new is uh the scheduled autopay payment fail and so if you wanted to set up additional emails uh for whatever purpose when when a failure happens um that's the trigger you would use for that so um there's a question if someone elects to use autopay or split payments is there a way to configure our automated messages to notify

31:28 us um I don't think we have a condition for that um yes I yeah didn't really about it right yeah yeah so um so I'd be interested in in learning more about how you would handle it differently and stuff but um but yeah I could see that being something we have in the future but yeah we don't currently have a a special automated email that that would do that um so uh there's a question

31:58 about uh zel and uh so zel is what we call a manual payment method and so with zel um they don't have the capability for things like um you know automated payments um anything like that uh zel is going to be more of a manual type of thing where if you receive a payment via zel you have to go into cck cherry and um and enter that so um so that means it's not going to work with autopay

32:28 um that being said you can still you know if you have payment plans and and you want to you know have your customers get reminded to pay you um they can come in any time and and you know select zel as a payment option um but that's not going to be automatically deducted from Adamas uh basically other than doing it manually can he do two payments for example 90 days prior and then

32:51 the final payment 14 days prior and the answer is right now um and also ad I would ask does the monthly or split payments work for you do you think that'll work for your customers um kind of like scale of 1 to 10 how important that is up to you that type of stuff I'd be kind of curious and we kind of want to keep things as simple as possible I guess on Check Cherry

33:12 side um let's see and then one thing I will point out so under the payment settings page um you can of course set your final due date so um you know you can set your final payment 14 days before but we don't currently have like a 90 days um you know percentage option so um like I said we're we're you know I'm sure we'll be adding features and kind of collecting collecting feedback and you

33:40 know and things like that so it looks good I mean I think I think it's really gonna help and then looking at my notes I don't I think those were the main things I wanted to cover so if there's any other question questions one so uh one other thing that that come question we've had already was um you know what happens if the total changes so say somebody comes in they accept a proposal you know

34:12 they agree they're going to pay $250 a month you know as the event gets closer and then they call you up and say hey I want to add something on um basically what's going to happen then is we're not going to change the scheduled we're not going to change these scheduled payment amounts um automatically um but you can do so manually if you want to you know if you want to readjust it

34:37 based on the new Total um but what what is going to happen is anything left over so to speak is going to apply to that final payment amount so if the total goes up by 100 bucks um you know that's going to get added on the end here and we kind of you know went back and forth on how that should be handled um you know I think kind of where we came down is we're a little uncomfortable changing

35:01 scheduled payments on people automatically um we just think it you know there's potential for a lot of confusion and a lot of um you know misunderstanding for why why different payments were different amounts and things like that so um so you're welcome to to go in and manually readjust it um you know we may add some tools to kind of make that a little bit easier in

35:20 the future but for now you would have to if if you wanted to to adjust those uh monthly payment amounts You' have to to make that change at the end yeah and just a reminder of how we build software it's like hey we kind of put something out which is um good and covers what we've already learned from customers but we'd love to hear your feedback how could it be better what's working

35:42 well with customers what's not um all that stuff yeah just chat with us always from within the account Matt it looks good I mean anything else does anybody else have any other questions I do let's hear it okay so this is about the ability to make the client pay for the processing fee by the way I love that it's been working out really great even though I know you guys don't

36:12 really recommend it but is there a way to make a change specific to an event without it changing the global settings so in other words far the payment processing fees you don't want to pass along Payment Processing fees to all customers but you want to do it well I I do so like I just got burned on a venmo and a PayPal because I I realized I didn't turn it on for those which

36:39 I will but let's say I have a client that's $4,000 and I really want this event and I'm kind of like thinking I don't want to do anything to upset this client this particular client and I want to turn that off just for this particular client is is that possible without having to change it globally for the next 48 hours and then going back in and unchanging it I don't

37:07 think possible right now how often does that happen I'd be kind of curious on that you know I've just started using the feature I I just figured it out I I didn't even know this was something you guys had updated and I was like oh hell yeah so I I love it i' I've implemented it and um I had I think a few people that kind of skirted it by doing the venmo and not having

37:32 it processed as a friend and the PayPal and I was like oh especially the PayPal it's it's exorb like 3.5% so I'll catch that next time but I thought oh would there be a way for me if there was just a client that I was like oh this this one I don't mind I don't mind taking the hit on this particular one um there's not so one thing I will mention there's um there is an option under the

37:59 proposal settings to change the payment methods um so that is something that that some people like to do like maybe you'll turn on or off payment methods you know maybe you only enable PayPal or zel for certain people or or things like that so you can do that um I would say in in uh as far as the payment fees themselves uh we we don't have a way to do that um you could add you

38:22 know I guess you could add like a discount or something like that um if you wanted but yeah yeah we we don't have a way to to just turn off or adjust the payment fees on a on a specific um proposal we got a question on Clara afterpay so uh short answers if you're interested we do have um is it Clara that we're uh in beta so chat yeah so clar is in beta and the reason we're we're kind of

38:50 still keeping it in beta um so historically uh buy now pay later was meant for products not services um and so they you know it wasn't an option it wasn't something we can add um you know uh kind of from the research we've done it seems like Clara would would work for for services now and that they're allowing Services um but we have a we haven't gotten an official official word on

39:16 that so um so we're kind of keeping that in beta but yeah with the Clara option what that's going to look like um you know for for you um if if you do want to experiment with that and try it out is it's going to be another payment option under your payment settings so in addition to credit card bank account we can enable that Clara as an option and then when they go to um to make

39:40 a payment that's going to be one of the one of the payment methods they they see as as an option and the merchant pays the fees right yes so yeah so it's a higher percentage than credit cards um yeah I don't think they'll be very popular but I don't I'm think it's 6.9 maybe maybe 7.9 6.9 one of those numbers um so it's a little on the expensive side but um you know and again you can

40:05 configure you could pass those fees along if you wanted you know we do have the option to to pass fees along so that is an option um I'm not sure what most people would prefer um you know I think the the advantage to offering something like that is is you know even if you lose a little bit of Revenue maybe it helps you close close more deals or close deals you wouldn't wouldn't otherwise so

40:28 um so yeah just let us know um and we'll we'll get that enabled in the next day or two for you hey everyone thanks for showing up we appreciate you um and there were some nice kind words hey this is a great addition to check Cherry and you know keep adding awesome stuff so really appreciate the support um hope it makes you guys uh more successful in 2025 um and Matt thank you so much
