Set Up Your Customizable Dashboard

0:00 Your dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in to Check Cherry, but instead of a one size fits all of you, you can build your own. Multiple custom dashboards, each focused on a different part of your business. In this quick video, I'll show you how to create one, choose a layout, add widgets, and switch between them. To get started, head to the upper right corner and choose Customized dashboard. This option shows up once you have at least one booking in your account, then click Add a new Block. This is where every custom dashboard begins. Next, pick a layout for your block a single full-width column, a two-column layout with a large section on the left. A 2-column layout with a large section on the right or 3 equal columns spanning the full width.

0:43 I'll go with a two-column layout here. Within each column, click Add Im to choose a widget. Every widget shows live data from your account, and they're grouped into categories, charts and graphs like revenue snapshot and revenue growth, scheduling, a large calendar, and activity for a given date, leads, proposals, and bookings, upcoming bookings, recent leads, open proposals, and more. Organization, checklists, lead counts, and bookings awaiting action. Payments, recent payments, payouts, messaging, and tools and resources like Quick actions bar. Add as many as you need to each column. When your dashboard looks the way you want, click Finish editing, and that's it. Your widgets are now live, pulling real numbers straight from your account.
