0:00 In this video, we're going to talk about questionnaires. Questionnaires are a great way to engage with your clients and get specifics about what their needs are and how to manage those. So, we're going to go up to manage questionnaire templates and we're going to go to new questionnaire template. And you can see Cherry has some samples for you right here for pretty

0:21 much anything you may need. But say you needed something specific like an event overview. We're going to add a new field. and we're going to make it a drop- down field to give them a few options. We're going to name it event overview. And we're going to give them options of it being indoors, covered, outdoors, uncovered outdoors, or mixed. And for the hint, this is where you can have a

0:45 message on the bottom asking them to choose an option. And down below, you'll see four options you have right here to repeat this question multiple times or to make this a required field. You can even make conditional fields that show up when certain conditions are met or enable a timeline feature for this field. We're going to make this a required field. If you click

1:06 on live preview to the right, you'll see that they're given options right here. Now, we're going to go back to editor. And for this tab section that you see right here, I'm going to go to a check cherry template. So, we're going to go to all questionnaires, new questionnaire template. You'll see in this wedding planner if we preview what the tabs do. It's basically rinse and repeat

1:30 of what we just did with options. But you can see that these samples are very robust and they answer any questions you might have. But you could even take this wedding planner template. Let's say you like the way it's laid out, but you just want to change a few things. Go ahead and add it to your account. You can change the tab name to the right right here. And you can either allow the user to

1:53 reorder or drag and drop. And you can even go into additional tab settings right here to duplicate the same tab, remove it, or move tab to the right, which will put it right here. And say you wanted to rename this template al together. You can just click that box right there. And say you were a DJ and you wanted certain songs, you can even rename these tabs to match exactly what kind of event

2:18 you're hosting. You can even apply this to certain packages. Since we changed this to a DJ planner, you wouldn't want this on your photo booth or your mobile bar section. We can just single it out to DJ entertainment packages. And from there, you press save template. From here, we'll go to all questionnaires. You'll see it right here in your questionnaire templates.

2:40 It's generally a good idea to take one of these templates because they're going to be really close to what you're wanting to do and just remodel them to what closely resembles your event. That way you save time and you get the same result. And since we're done with those questionnaires, I went to an upcoming booking for our DJ event. And you'll see here that there is a tab for the

3:00 questionnaires and the questionnaires that we have just made. The client can then fill them out, answer the question, and save those changes. You can even manage to edit questionnaire settings, download a PDF, revise the questions, reset it to defaults. From there, they can submit the final version. You can even create an automated message asking the client to fill out a questionnaire. If

3:28 you go to manage automated messages, new automated message, and go to the booking created trigger and click pre-built templates, there's an option to send the customer an email when they book asking them to fill out their questionnaire. And from there, we can press save. And now your client will be sent an automated message asking them to fill out their questionnaire. That's how
