Multi-Day Packages

0:00 Check Cherry allows you to add multiple packages to a single booking, each with its own date and time. Each package shows up as its own line item on the invoice. So the client sees one booking with all of their services. And you see the whole event in one place. To do this, just click the add package button either when creating a new proposal or booking or when editing an existing proposal or booking. If you offer online booking, you can also allow your customers to add multiple packages to their booking by going to manage, Booking Engine and enabling the option for multiple packages. Once that's on, after a client selects their first package, they'll see an option to add another. A banner at the top of the screen reminds them that they're adding to their current booking, and they can keep adding as many packages as they need.

0:49 Most packages in Check Cherry are configured to have an hourly rate and last for a single day. However, Check Cherry. Also allows you to create all day or daily rate packages. Setting up this type of package is helpful if you often do longer term rentals of more than a couple of days. To create a package like this, head to Manage Packages and click the Add a Package button. Give your package a title and description. Now visit the pricing and scheduling tab.
