Every report in Check Cherry lives in one place. Click sales, then reporting. And we'll go through this row by row so you know exactly what each report does. So to start it off, we have our bookings report. The bookings report lists every confirmed event. Click columns to choose what shows. Filter to narrow it down by date, status, package, or staff. Then you can export it for a CSV that you can open in Excel or Google Sheets. Next is the payment history report. It lists every payment you've received, deposits, final payments, add-ons. Add columns for payment method, then export to a spreadsheet. Leads report exports your lead data, source, status, and conversion rate. Filter by source to see which channel is actually converting. And next is for minis. Minis tracks fill rate, views, and revenue by session or lists every booking taken through one. Sales tax gives you an itemized breakdown by region for whatever date range you set. Perfect for exporting as a CSV for your accountant. Tips show what has been collected, broken down by booking, and useful for monthly payouts to your team. Next is your balance report. It shows every booking with money still owed, so you can follow up before the event. Most people schedule this one weekly. Your most frequently booked shows your bestselling packages, add-ons, or backdrops. Handy for year-end numbers. Utilization shows what's reserved on a given date across packages, add-ons, backdrops, and staff. Good for catching a double booking before it happens. Profit and loss shows revenue from your bookings against the expenses you've logged. So, you see your actual net profit for any date range. It's only as good as your expense logging. So if it's not entered in check cherry, it won't show up here. Client list exports your contacts as a CSV. Ready to import into your email marketing tool. Next is places. It exports your venue and location data. Staff check-ins for total hours worked per staff member or breaks it down shift by shift. Blockouts and availability covers business blockout dates, staff time off, and staff availability all in the same menu. Packages and add-ons gives you a full listing with booking counts for every package, add-on, and backdrop. Message history lists every email and SMS sent and received in one place. Email event history shows opens, clicks, deliveries, and bounces, exactly what the client saw. Login history tracks login activity across every user account for security. Year end is your yearend review, highlights, and tax forms. Always good to come back to this every new year or when the year is ending. Any report can be saved and scheduled. Set your filters. Click save as new report. Name it. Choose how often it emails daily, weekly or monthly, and who. Saved reports live under reporting. Then saved reports. And that's it. That's how you use reporting in Check Cherry. If you haven't seen it, check out our expenses video next. And as always, if you ever have any questions, feel free to reach out to our support staff.
