A new booking comes in at 11 PM and your staff does not know about it until you tell them the next day. Automated notifications fix this by emailing staff as soon as a booking is confirmed.
Manage → Automated Messages
Go to Automated Messages.
Find or create a template triggered by New Booking.
Set the recipient to include staff.
Save.
You can also set up push notifications on the Check Cherry app for iOS and Android so staff get alerts on their phone instantly.
