Online booking lets clients browse your packages, choose options, and complete their purchase without waiting for a custom quote. It's like having a shopping cart for your services that works 24/7.
Most businesses use online booking for their standard packages while still offering custom proposals for unique requests. This lets you capture bookings faster while reducing back-and-forth emails.
