You just created a holiday surcharge, but your existing proposals still show the old pricing. Flex Pricing changes only apply to new bookings automatically — existing ones need a manual update.
How to Update Existing Bookings
Open the booking or proposal that needs updated pricing.
Click the Manage Booking button.
Select Reapply Flex Pricing.
You'll see a confirmation asking if you want to reapply the Flex Pricing. Click OK to update the booking with your current pricing rules.
Reapplying Flex Pricing changes the client's total. If you've already sent the proposal, let the client know the price has changed.
