If you disconnect a design template provider (like Bespoke Booth or PB Backdrops), the associated design collection will be removed. However, bookings that already have a design selected will keep their choices.
Disconnecting a Provider
Manage → Business Settings → Integrations
Go to Integrations.
Click the Disable button next to the template provider.
Confirm the removal.
Existing bookings retain their design choices even after disconnecting. Only new bookings will no longer have access to templates from that provider.
