If you design your own package photos, promo graphics, and website banners in Canva, you know the routine: export a PNG, find it in your downloads, upload it to Check Cherry, repeat every time you tweak the design. The Canva integration cuts out the export step. Connect your Canva account once, and your designs show up right inside the image picker in Check Cherry, ready to import with a click.

Use a Canva design in Check Cherry
Once connected, Canva appears as a source inside the Media Library browser. That browser opens anywhere you pick images in Check Cherry: package photos, proposals, website pages, backdrops, and the Media Library page itself.
Keeping designs up to date
Importing a design brings a copy into Check Cherry. It does not stay linked to Canva, so when you update a design in Canva, import it again in Check Cherry to use the new version. The old import stays in your media library until you remove it.
A couple of things the integration does not do, so expectations are right: it does not edit designs inside Check Cherry (all design work still happens in Canva), and it does not send anything to your clients. It is a faster way to get your Canva work into Check Cherry, nothing more.
