How do I change the images on my packages?

Package images help clients visualize your services during online booking and appear on proposals. You can add images at three levels: services (what clients see first), package groups (categories), and individual packages.

Adding Images to Packages

ManagePackages
Go to Packages.
Click on the package you want to update.
Go to the General tab.
Click the image area to upload a file or choose from the Media Library.
Click Save.
Accepted formats: .png, .jpg, .gif. Maximum file size: 10 MB.

Service Images

The service image is what clients see first when they visit your booking page. If you have multiple services, clients choose between them before seeing package groups. If you only have one service, they go directly to your package groups.

To change a service image, click the settings gear in the service menu bar:

In the General Settings, choose and upload your image:

Remember to click Save after uploading your image.

Package Group Images

Package group images help clients navigate between different categories of packages (like "Wedding Packages" vs "Corporate Events"). Click the settings gear for the package group and upload an image:

Media Library

Every Check Cherry account includes a Media Library with stock photos you can use. You can also upload your own images for convenient reuse across packages.

The Media Library is accessible from any image upload area in Check Cherry. Upload once, use everywhere.
