1:27 of chck cherry and so the St it is uh as you'll learn this is kind of basically where you can give your clients an option to pick from a gallery of options images videos that type of thing um and if you have questions use the chat at any point in time uh raise your hand um basically we just want to kind of show it off get feedback you know and talk about it so to speak so um Matt go ahead and
1:53 uh take it away yeah absolutely yeah thanks Jud and like I say or like Jud says uh definely feel free to have any questions as we go along so um so I think designs um designs are are definitely one of the big you know parts of check Terry that I think um you know I think it's a big problem that that people have in terms of um just kind of managing the artwork of uh of their events and you
2:21 know anytime you're trying to collect information from a customer and make sure that things don't fall through the cracks as your event gets closer um I think that's a really really important part of of what cck cherry doeses and you know what we can um hopefully try to try to help uh simplify on on your side so um the designs typically are they're really there to solve two problems on the
2:47 customer side um number one they're there to get your clients approval on any artwork that you have for them and number two if you have kind of a a template um you know a a template Gallery um they really help a lot with um presenting a template gallery and then letting them choose from those options so um so with that being said um maybe what I'll do is um just kind of start with the the
3:17 simplest possible which is hey I've got a design you know maybe um you know we'll kind of use Photo Booth as as our example throughout this but um you know there's definitely other other Industries that that use them um but I've got you know a template that I need the customer to uh sign off on so to speak and so um in order to do that you know you're all of your uh designs for a specific
3:43 customer are going to be from the booking page so if I go to a customer's um booking overview page and go to the designs tab I can create a design and the first question it's going to ask me is like does the customer need to choose a design from a collection and so I'll show you the collections a little bit more later but um but for now let's just say no you know this is just
4:06 the simplest possible case and so I need you to approve this photo booth um template and so how that'll work um as an admin I can uh simply upload my template and that'll take just a moment and now the customer is going to have um a page like this and so um at this point the customer hasn't been emailed anything they haven't gotten a request to do anything um and but when I'm ready I can
4:40 send them a request via email to approve that so um you know if everything looks good their name's good you know maybe if there's some special notes I want to put in there I can but generally speaking I'll hit send email uh they'll click that link and come to a page like this where they'll again see see the templates um be able to choose for them and they'll have a few less options of

5:35 now okay it's showing now okay great and so um so anyway so once the uh you know customer gets that email they come to this page and hopefully they approve you know their name is spelled right and and it has the colors they're looking for and they can approve it if not they can request a revision you know they can say no you know do something else instead and you know submit that to you and
6:01 when that happens um you'll get an email back just kind of letting you know hey something else needs to happen and you know hopefully they're specific and and give you what you need um you can also uh M add multiple artwork so if you've got a couple of choices for them to choose from um you can of course do that as well so um you know maybe I'll upload this first one mat if I can just
6:26 interject right here absolutely um so kind of the the IDE is he's skipping this the concept of where they select from a gallery of options and going right into what I would consider to be like this is more we'll talk this if you do your your own custom design yeah they're like hey I do my own custom templates for every client they don't start with like hey pick an option from a
6:47 gallery basically so you can you can bypass that and just upload an artwork version for them to review request a revion revision or approve and when they do approve it uh in as far as I would be concerned that's the final version that's been approved for the booking slash event yeah go ahead yeah so again if you had like a couple of options and you just need them to approve you know number
7:12 one or number two um you again would upload those send them VI email and then they can approve that artwork and if everything looks good um it'll get marked as approved so that's the simplest possible way I think to use the designs you know you're doing full custom artwork every time um you know you you uh maybe have some templates use internally but you you don't have your customers
7:35 um choose from them you kind of talk to your customer collect the information and move from there um I think a lot more common is that you start with having the customer choose a template first and so um and then once they choose a template then you customize and you get that final approval so um let's take a look at what that looks like so let's see what we have
8:00 I don't think I have any collection set up in here yet no I don't so um so what I'm going to do to start is is I'm going to upload a um create what's called a design collection which is just a you know a group of templates that a customer can can choose from and so instead of going under the the individual booking I'm going to go to manage and design Collections and I'm going to create a
8:25 new um a new collection and um this is just going to be a photooo templates collection and what I'm going to do is um you know I can add load or upload these one at a time you know I can select a file you know create one called Autumn Leaves and do that um much quicker though is to do a bulk upload and with the bulk upload I can just select a bunch of files so I'm going to choose you know
8:53 everything in this directory and we'll it upload and and that'll take just a moment [Music] and now I've got a collection that the customer can choose from um once I you know create this new collection um you're going to see at the top of of this kind of a prompt you know letting you know hey none of your upcoming bookings contain this collection yet and the reason for that is
9:25 anytime a new booking comes in basically what we do is we at attach any design collections you have set up to that booking um but in this case this didn't exist when those bookings came in so uh you know one one easy solution is to just click add to bookings and that's going to add it to all of your all of your upcoming bookings um you can also do it manually of course so if I go back to
9:49 this uh samh multi-day event and go to designs I can add a design from here and so now instead of on this question where it says uh do I want the customer to choose a design from a collection um first off now I have this photo booth templates option um to choose from and I can just click attach design and now my customer gets a list of templates to search for you know they can see all
10:16 the templates I uploaded um you know they can few details and um once they're ready they can choose one so um you know we'll we'll take a look at the questions a little bit later but you can also have different questions that that you uh have the customer answer um and you may just want to keep it you know I think our default is to just keep it kind of vague you know tell us how we
10:38 can personalize this design for you um you know maybe I want um you know you know add corporate you know ABC Corp in the temp yeah instead of party time put my name whatever it is yeah um and if you know the format of of what those templates are going to look like you know if you know they always have a first line and a second line and a third line and things like that it's
11:06 real common just to make that that question that you ask the customer so like what do you want in line one what do you want in line two um you know upload a logo things like that but now that um now that the customer has chosen this template um you know uh you'll get an email letting you know they did that and say you go in and you um you make the edits you know you put in ABC Corp is the uh
11:33 is the name in there um now you can add an artwork and basically get that that signature from them so this again is kind of the same one um you know you would probably have a customized version just for them but you would upload that that artwork for them to approve um you can send it out via email and then they can approve it when when they're ready and so I would say those are you know
12:00 that's typically The Experience from the customer side um you know you can always uh what you see on the admin site is going to be real close to what the customer sees you can if you want uh log in as the customer to see exactly um using the impersonate feature you can see exactly what they're going to see but it's going to be real similar um to what the admin sees um talk talk
12:26 about those steps up there so there's the black areas where it's template chosen upload artwork approved right so it's yeah so with as you know as we kind of go through the the process of you know each step along the way we'll we'll have these um these steps along the top here that'll kind of let you know where the process you are so um you know let's say that hey I talked to the customer and
12:49 they changed their mind you know they called me up and oh wait you know we found an error um you can go in and unapprove that and that's going to kind of kick it kick it back a step you know now we're at the step where we've uploaded the artwork but we still need the client to sign off on it um and then once they approve that then that's going to get um you know get checked off again I've got
13:12 a couple I've got a couple of questions in chat yeah so Robert saying how do you handle it when you have variations of a specific design most of our designs have variations what is the best practice and so um I guess I would want to know kind of what the variation would be uh Robert like is it uh like Autumn color variations like instead of four pictures is at three instead of
13:39 you can you guys hear me yeah go ahead um so I might have like on this Autumn design I might have a 2x6 strip version of it I might have a a portrait with a one picture so it's a portrait template with a one picture in that portrait and it's still the Autumn design though so I have in and then this case here um what I'm looking at on your screen would be considered for me a landscape
14:09 with four landscape pictures so that's like three and maybe I'll have five or six and so that's one of the things I'm struggling with is um do I just try to get my client to pick the design and not concentrate on which version and then I just send them variations depending on what we're doing or is there a mechanism for us to have them all on there like I do um and pick
14:42 one or two variations of it now would question wouldn't they just pick one option like if you add let's say there's three that are very similar one's you know different layouts but very similar autom is you know Styles wouldn't they just pick the one they want and you run with it well well most of our events will'll do like we do roaming too so um an hour during cocktail for roaming is
15:07 always going to be a one picture um style whether it's Square portrait or landscape and then later on we'll have um a different version of that um of that design that might have multiple pictures in it like the one you're showing so would there be a better way to do that I think in that case I mean correct me if I'm misunderstanding but each design collection can be applied to a booking or
15:34 a package if you will and so if you have like your rors as a service package you can bring in that design collection and it only have you know one image layouts okay that makes sense create a design collection yeah all the all the versions that we would consider being approved yeah go to the yeah so let's go to so if we go to the design collection and and actually that's a good seg to
16:08 the uh um to the categories and layouts so um so the categories and layouts are a good way to you know it doesn't matter much right now where I've got four templates but if I've got 400 templates you know it's going to be a nightmare for somebody to try to find it so um so what you can do is kind of categorize these and so um you know so I might have a category and for categories you could kind
16:35 of think of those as tags keywords um you know themes things like that so I would think you know Autumn would be a theme or would be a category um Christmas might be or holiday or something like that might be a category uh similarly you can have layouts layouts are going to be more like things like 2x6 or uh 2x4 and keep in mind um you know a lot of times these are going to be customer facing
17:12 so something that does make sense to the customer um is helpful but this could also be one photo or two photo things like that and so um you know kind of whatever you want to name them is fine you can change the order and move them around and all that type of stuff um this hey that makes a lot of sense but um would does Check Cherry allow us to have two different designs picked for an event
17:44 um yes yeah and I'll show you what that looks like and so thank you yeah yeah and so now that we have a couple of categories set up and and layout set up um those are going to show up over on the left here and couple ways again again I can go into each one and you know check oh this is the Autumn um you know this is whatever holiday Etc um I can also bulk update so if I kind of switch to more of
18:13 this this list view here um I can uh just check all of them or check you know check this one and and this one and you know or maybe the holiday is a good example if I check these two I can apply those both to the uh um let's see I can add category whoops forgot to add it so let's try that again so if I select these two and add them to the holiday category then um then they're both
18:52 going to have that that holiday tag and then similarly I can say okay this is uh you know this is a one photo layout and this one's a one photo layout and so let's apply the one photo layout to that and so now they both th those are both going to show up there so if I go to my one photo layouts I'll see just those um and so what I might want to do now is say so right now um if
19:20 I go back to my design collections you know I've got one called photo booth templates and it's applying to all packages um what we can do Under settings is we can kind of limit that so instead of it applying to all packages we can say okay this is just for my you know my RoR packages or you know I'll call I'll check open a in this example um and so these are my open a uh
19:45 designs and similarly you know I can go back to my my overview page and I can duplicate that so let's make a quick Copy and let's go ahead and go to the settings and I can you know call this something else so I don't know what I have in here uh mirror Booth you know um obviously this would not great examples
20:10 but I could call these my mirror Booth designs and now every every time a new booking comes in um it's only going to get these mirror Booth designs and my open air are only going to get these open air designs um and then again I can kind of go in and say um you know under um you know for each of those categories how I want to organize that um and
20:37 so that's typically how you would do it so on my individual booking now um instead of having a single design you know let's let's uh delete this and let's add one manually now um I can manually choose use my mirror Booth or open air let's do that or I can also um just kind of uh I think we have a reset option don't we where's that at you click designs and yeah and so I can also reset
21:11 just to see what would get pulled in automatically um so if I click reset apparently nothing so um but if this were [Music] a miror booth or an open air Booth two hours and then I go back to my designs now it pulled in my my open design or my open air uh templates and so um so that's typically how you would do it you can also have multiple designs on a single booking so if
21:48 for some reason you need to add a new design um you know on this one I need both and open air um that's fine you can do that and then what the customer is going to see is basically each of those designs and kind of what that process is so you can have one design and we'll kind of skip this overview page but if you know you can have two or 10 or you know as many as you want
22:12 of these and basically what we'll do is we'll kind of track the the status of each one and you know potentially you're going to have the customer choose a template and you know assuming you you want them to sign off on the the final artwork work um you can kind of go through this process for each one of those M if I can just hop in so this will happen automatically if like when the
22:34 booking is created whatever packages match for a design collection it'll come in so you could have like start screens and photo booth overlay is two options if a booking or proposal has multiple packages each package could have a separate uh design um all that stuff we have another question I see so then so there's a question in there about the photo boo templates
22:59 um let's come back to that in just okay cool Tom we're coming back to you yeah and so we'll uh um so if you go back to our design design overview page design collections um just the one other thing I wanted to mention is the extra questions um that's where you can kind of go in and basically ask the customer anything you want them to fill out as they're choosing their
23:22 designs so that can be you know you can provide instructions you know do x y and z um but that can also be things like just a text field you know uh line too yeah yeah things like that can also be colors you know I need um primary color and if you do something like this you know you can make it required or not but if you choose that they'll get a little Color Picker and they can you know go
23:48 in with that um you can do file upload where that can be useful is um say you want them to upload a logo or artwork or um the invitation to yeah like a wedding invitation yeah and then probably less common but sometimes useful things like checkboxes or drop downs where they can you know you just have a number of choices for them to choose from and so um and again these can be configured
24:13 on each collection and so once you make these changes um any you know any of my mirror Booth designs are going to have these question question so if you had different questions for different collections um you know you can uh you can do that I think really a best practices like to make it easy for your client is to show only designs that are relevant as much as possible so
24:40 you were talking about the you know there's only one photo on the RoR so you know only show those I've seen people have a design collection just for Glam Booth whereas there's like you know six to 10 you know black black and white type layouts um and I think that that's you know depends on how you package your services and all that but if the package matches it'll pull in automatically yeah
25:04 definitely the I think the you know the duplicate it's another place where the the duplicate is really helpful you know once you kind of get your your first one set up you know maybe you do that and then you just make a a duplicate rather than um rather than having to redo everything and recreate questions and things like that so um so um so now I think um unless you have anything
25:27 else on that that you can think of Jud um it's probably a good time to talk about some of the template providers so there's a a question Tom has that you know I have over 500 templates from photo booth templates.com how can I add or connect to these and so uh that's super common you know um nobody wants to sit down and design 500 or 5,000 or whatever it is templates themselves um
25:54 you know it's I would say the majority of people do use one of the template companies so um the way that works is under manage business settings and then Integrations um that's where you can enable these different Integrations and so right now we support photo booth templates you know photobooth templates.com photo booth talk uh thepoke Booth photo booth graphics and templates Booth uh we're
26:23 totally open integrating with others so if there's somebody else you uh you know you want us to integrate with um you know typically we do we need kind of the involvement of whoever it is so you know reach out to them let them know you're you're interested um but you know since uh photo booth templates was the question you know let's let's enable photo booth templates and depending
26:44 on which provider you know they may have different things they want to collect from you um you know maybe like an API key or maybe some kind of widget or something like that but in the case a photo booth template super easy uh you don't need to provide anything we don't need an API key it it all works out of the box and so I can enable that integration and you'll see it here um you know uh
27:07 as you kind of go through there there's you know a little bit of just disclaimer about who they are and you know what that means that you know they might be able to see some of your uh um you know potentially information if if uh you know if it needs a submission needs to go through the server um but more important it'll also kind of have a quick quick next steps which is basically visit
27:31 manage design collections in order to add one of these collections so let's go ahead and do that we'll go to manage and then design Collections and so initially I just had this option right new design collection uh now I have another option here add photo booth templates photo booth templates collection and so if I choose that I can see the different options they have so they've got
27:55 what they call a a collection they call overlays and a collection they call screens and so I can apparently I can't preview that well we'll have to figure out what's going on I love it dude yeah of course um but we can import these overlays and when I do that um again I'll kind of you know get that option none of my upcoming bookings contain this collection do I want to add it um
28:21 and then I can also see a a a breakdown of of all the different um different templates that were imported I can also go to my settings and um you know different different providers have uh different options that that might be supported so I can do um I can adjust the Sorting uh sometimes you know maybe I want to sort those alphabetically maybe I want to do it by date added I can
28:46 decide you know do I want to show them all of the layouts or kind of going back to Roberts or their question you know do I just want them to see the maybe the square or maybe single portrait or things like that and the specific options will vary a little bit based on just kind of how the the template provider organizes their data um and you know what they what they choose to make make
29:10 available to us but with photobooth templates.com um you know you can choose different layouts you can choose different categories so if you don't want them to see everything you know you just want to limit it to you know holiday or something for some reason you can and then they've also Al got what they call collections which are landscape square or portrait where that's really helpful is
29:32 um this refers to you know when you're shooting those those photos you know if you're shooting all your photos landscape you might want to make sure that that you're uh that you're only letting the customer choose from uh landscape templates and so once I make that change um I can also go to extra questions you know we pull in kind of their default default questions they use but you're
29:57 welcome to override um you know things like accent colors and you know additional notes and all that kind of stuff um so you're welcome to change but otherwise you know that's a good default and now if I go back and look at my uh my templates I'm just seeing the the landscape shot ones now and one thing that um I'm going to do on this one is I'm going to go ahead and add this to all of
30:21 my upcoming bookings and now if I go to one of my bookings if I go back to Sam's and look at the designs um now I've got my new overlays collection there the customer can come in they can see all their all their choices you know they can choose one fill out the questions um you know keep colors the same whatever uh whatever selections they have and again you know when that happens you'll get
30:51 an email letting you know somebody CH uh chose it um and so you can also you know if you do have multiple subscriptions or multiple uh providers you integrate with um you can enable more than one so we'll uh we'll go ahead and enable photo booth talk they also don't have any settings you need to do so we can enable that integration and now if I go back to design collections um you
31:14 know I've got my existing photoo templates collection uh but I can add one of the uh one of the photo boo talk collections as well so maybe I want to do the the Glam Booth here and add that to all of my bookings so now when I go to a booking you know in addition to everything else I can see the Glam Booth is an option as well so um I think we just kind of alphabetize these so
31:45 depending on on the alphabetical order it might change a little bit and if I need to go in and and reset it or something I can as well just kind of blow everything out pull in the latest um I can do that as well so um in terms of you know I don't know just recommendations who you use things like that you know obviously we don't want to we're not going to play favorites you know we're we're
32:07 happy to integrate with with pretty much anybody um you know some things to look at that I would say people often you know do consider are um you know they all do have different subscriptions and prices and some of them you can buy individually some of them you know a lot of them have a disc account if you do more of a of an ongoing subscription um and then there's things like like
32:30 what types of templates you need um you know do you need you know are you going to edit them in Photoshop versus canva versus something else so um you know I would definitely recommend you know checking them out and seeing you know seeing what looks like it'll be a good fit for your business or you know of course post on uh any of the Facebook groups or things like that as well so um
32:52 so I think that's about all all I have on on the third third party templates unless you can think of anything no I mean they're not all the same and that like the Integrations can be different we kind of show what's you know right and so that's a consideration but yeah have somebody you know let us know um you know if we're happy to integrate with people also different designs um and I'd be
33:19 kind of curious what you know I've seen people use the designs feature for for um obviously photo booth overlays uh start screens um Monograms U animated Monograms um and then even like stuff like album I think I feel like album covers or album you know like for photo albums for people who like actually provide that as a uh an add-on U but I'd be curious you know from everybody
33:49 if you is there anything else you guys use the designs feature for um there's a reason we didn't call you know photo with template Chooser you know feature um because other people do stuff I guess I've even seen um we've seen uh maybe like kind of like not backdrops but like flower arrangement type stuff yeah so it's interesting yeah I would say anything where um you know we're collecting
34:16 the design we have them choose a design after they've paid typically so it's typically anything that um is more you know doesn't impact the price typically um you know we don't want to charge them extra if they choose something so so I would say anything that that doesn't really affect the price would um where they're choosing from a collection you know can be a good fit um it's also
34:39 uh it reminds me uh Jud uh we also do support you know when you're uploading files you know you can upload uh images but we actually do support uh MP4 files so if you have like a you know a little animation thing can do that support MP3 files so um I think on uh audio guest books I think there's something that um some people have have wanted to have some some options there um so yeah so if you
35:10 do have other file types um you know there there is a good chance that that it'll work for that as well and again it's great you know they can just see a a big list of all the you know animated you know uh you know different things so so um so it can be helpful um and then the other thing I did not mention on the the thirdparty Integrations is those are going to stay in sync so with you know
35:38 somebody like Photo Booth templates every time they add a new design you're going to get that automatically you don't need to like come in and and read it or things like that we're keeping it in sync with them so um you know depending on on your settings here you know if you've got that sorted by date added that's going to mean that um that basically anytime a new a new item comes
36:02 in it's going to be there at the top so um so you know worth worth keeping in mind that that one of the advantages of having a a subscription to the services as well let's open up some questions or feedback um everything from you know how do I do something if something not clear feel free to raise your hand or chat also um is there something that the designs feature could do better um you
36:28 know that type of stuff um you know this feature's gone through several revisions over the years and we don't get a ton of feedback on it um bod Booth template States pobo Design shop deprecated from Tom so uh Matt you want to talk to that uh the deprecated notice on photo booth talk Tomas be in his account and if there's a new integration basically Tom so um yeah the before um we would
37:03 they so they were our first integration what we would do is we would show an iframe of their website um and then there were some hand hand shaking back and forth as to like what templates were selected and so on but of course not all the options were the same all that stuff so then uh we talked to Mike uh at PB Design shop and we basically pulled now we pull all of it in so you
37:30 get all of cheer's awesome design features with all of their awesome designs as opposed to kind of like more passing back and forth data so if you're seeing that um chat with us but you probably want to like remove that delete that collection and add a new one so there should be a different one on there Tom and feel free to like open your mic up and talk with us too um but you can always
37:56 chat of course but yeah the new one's better yeah if I remember right they've had a few different versions of their of their widget and and so we weren't yeah mat if you remember they were asking for colors and that was long time chech Jerry did not uh question for colors and so we just told them hey don't even include it we'll see if people you know come back but um somebody saying I I

39:13 know might be helpful for people so um I know a common you know paino is just kind of figuring out like who still needs to you know who has not chosen a design yet or who am I waiting for for Action you know for oh I like this this is good yeah so it's not really in the designs feature but um but if you go to sales bookings um you know we've got a few filters on the on the bottom left
39:38 that are really useful for just kind of seeing where people are so you know if I want to see all my customers with unselected templates you know I can do that or has pending artwork and so that's going to kind of correspond to each of those those statuses that we showed earlier on so un s a template you know they haven't they haven't even picked a template yet um has pending artwork that
39:59 means it's kind of waiting on you you know that you're the bottleneck you need to upload something and then unapproved is going back to the customer kind of the bottleneck you know you're waiting on on them to do something um we do have and you know check out the the previous webinar if you want to learn more but the latest version of the dashboard also does have a um a widget that's helpful and
40:21 and it's the one called um what do we call it the uh don't remember anymore um booking by status a waiting action or something no bookings a waiting action there we go so if I add that one and preview um I'm going to be able to see all of you know that's not going to just be designs but the designs are big bit and I'll it'll show anybody that you know has unselected designs has
40:58 pending artwork has un artwork things like that um similarly you know it'll show some other things like waiting backdrops or questionnaires things like that um and then the the last thing I I wanted to mention is just you know how do you actually get the customer to do it you know they they go through the the online booking and you know they get to the end um you know it's real
41:21 common that you know now that they did that you they they punt on doing the harder stuff so um so it's real common I would say in either in your customer confirmation email or in emails after the fact to just kind of prompt them like Hey we're waiting on the template you know um you let us know so in order to do that uh definitely chat with us if you have problems figuring it out but
41:43 basically under the under the automated messages you can always either edit your your booking confirmation directly and say something like hey you know we need you to pick a template here at at our designs link or you can create follow-up emails as well and so I could do something like um let's see here you know something like send the customer reminder a week after the booking
42:13 if they haven't yet chosen a template um and so I can use that and you know kind of have it pre-written out and I can save that or again I can think of it more as like like as the the booking gets closer I want to have you know some reminders and so I can do things like based on the scheduled dat you know uh a week before if they haven't chosen a template and send that
42:35 to them um and these automated messages are real customizable I mean you can even send yourself one you know send yourself a uh warning alert you know hey it's two days away and they didn't do it you know so you can uh you know even to yourself so um lots of options there so couple of thoughts on the um on basically best practices on reminders is um I've noticed that if you if you
42:57 have an email request and there's only one thing for them to do you're going to have a higher success rate then it's like hey here's a whole list of things you got to do or here's my booking confirmation it's nothing wrong with including the booking confirmation but I think it's easy for people to assume it's just not important for them and they go on with their day whereas if it's just
43:16 one ask in the email I think it's more successful and then also if they don't do it in the first in the second or third touch you know for from email you probably want to find a different way to reach out to them and you know nagging via email tends not to work you know if they're not going to do it you know in like I say one or two tries I wouldn't yeah I would find another way call them text them
43:39 hey we we like we select a design for you what do you think type thing yeah yeah I like that based on our you know recommendations we think this would look good or something so um so yeah so I think unless I that's about all I can think of on design so unless unless anybody has any questions or uh you have anything else Jud I I don't think there's anything wrong with what wrapping it up
