0:00 And you'll see that I have these three different playlists that I can choose from. And say I just wanted to put all three in there. And I'm going to post all three so you can see kind of what it looks like. Here's a Spotify example, the Apple example, and here is the YouTube example. In this video, we're going to talk about the
0:27 song list feature in Check Cherry. If you're someone who plays music at your event, this is a great way to give your client suggestions and to be the life of the party. To get started, we're going to go to manage questionnaire templates and we're going to go to the song list tab. And you can see we already have some templates made up for you. Let's go to the ceremony brides
0:47 entrance list. And you can see we have some songs in here that if you look on your right, you can preview in Spotify. Play it. And you can even add a song. And you already have a song in mind and a link copied. You can put in the title here, the artist, and the album that it's from. You can put in a song preview, paste in your YouTube link, your Apple Music, SoundCloud, or Spotify URL,
1:12 and give it any notes that that it may need. Now you'll see it and you can preview in YouTube and you can preview in YouTube just like you can in Spotify. Now if we go back you could even go to a new song list and create a list from there or use the samples that are already included with Check Cherry and you can import a playlist from a CSV file, Spotify
1:36 playlist, Apple Music playlist or YouTube music playlist. Just like with song list, you paste a link in and you import that playlist. And you can choose from either one of these suggestions or you can just create a new list. It will pull up all of the songs that you have selected. You can attempt to merge some duplicates or check or uncheck that box and perform the
2:05 import. Now, we'll give the name of the playlist from the source that you provided it to. But you can change that. Say, say say you wanted to name it something else. Now, if we head over to questionnaire templates, you'll see that we have some new templates to choose from, like a wedding planner with suggestions or a music planner. Let's go ahead and go with wedding planner with
2:32 suggestions. This is a questionnaire that will ask the client their favorite music genres, if you could take requests, explicit lyrics, or any additional notes that you may need along with promise songs, do not play, ceremony, where they can choose whichever song they would like to, and they can choose it from your suggestions or they can add a custom song. In this wedding planner
2:58 with suggestions, we can look at how to import a playlist and what that playlist will look like. Let's say if the client had a playlist that they wanted to import, we could give them the option to do that here. So, what I'm going to do is I'm going to give them options to upload a playlist from their specified music app. We're going to save the template. Say we look this over and this
3:21 is perfect for us. Let's go back to samples, add to my account. And from here it will bring you to the edit screen where you can edit, move anything around, add new fields if you would like, rename the questions, or even change the type of field that you would like it to be. You can even rename this tab from music preferences to anything that you would like. And the reason I like choosing
3:49 a template is because if you have a tab that you really enjoy how it's laid out, but you want to ask different questions or maybe reorganize them, you can go down here to additional tab settings, duplicate the tab. go to that tab, rename it, and you can change everything around in here to suit the new tab that you would like to add.
4:28 You can also apply these to certain packages. Say you just wanted this to be for your DJ brand and not for your mobile bar or photo booth packages or maybe only certain photo booth packages and certain mobile bar packages. You can even live preview it and go through it as the client would see it. Now, after the client makes the booking,
4:52 they'll go to questionnaires. They'll save changes, go through tabs, choose songs, add any additional notes to any songs that they choose, and submit the final version for you to review. And that's how you set up song lists in Chay Cherry. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our support staff. We'll be glad to help you.
Let's make happier clients together.
