Song playlists let your clients submit their music requests through questionnaires. You can start with a pre-built song list, import from Spotify or Apple Music, or build your own from scratch.
Import from an Existing Playlist
The fastest way to create a song list is to import from Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube Music. This pulls in the song titles, artists, and album information automatically.
Manage → Questionnaire Templates → Song Lists
Go to Song Lists.
Click Create New List or Edit List to modify an existing list.
Name your list.
Click the import button for your music service: Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube Music.
Paste the playlist URL from the service you're importing from.
Choose whether to create a new list or add songs to an existing list.
Click Import.
After the import completes, scroll to the bottom and click Perform Import.
Add Songs Manually
You can also build song lists by adding individual songs. This gives you more control over exactly what appears on the list.
Manage → Questionnaire Templates → Song Lists
Go to Song Lists.
Click Create New List or Edit List to modify an existing list.
Name your list.
Enter the song name, artist, and album.
Optionally, add a preview URL from Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, or SoundCloud.
Add any notes about the song if needed.
Click Save to add the song.
Repeat for each song you want to add.
Click Save Changes when you're finished.
Clients can also paste Spotify playlist links directly into questionnaires as an alternative to your custom song lists.
