After a client books, questionnaires help you collect the event details you need to deliver great service. Use them for timelines, song requests, vendor contacts, special dietary needs, or anything that helps you prepare.
Creating Questionnaires
Manage → Questionnaire Templates
Go to Questionnaire Templates.
Click Create Questionnaire Template.
Click New Field and select a field type from the dropdown.
Continue adding fields for the information you need. You can also add more tabs to organize your questionnaire.
In the right sidebar, you can assign the questionnaire to specific packages, add-ons, or sessions.
Set up automated email reminders so clients don't forget to fill out their questionnaires. When clients log in, they'll see all available questionnaires for their booking.

Advanced Features
- Make fields repeatable (clients can add multiple entries)
- Mark fields as required
- Set up conditional fields that only show when certain conditions are met
- Enable timeline fields (let clients set duration for specific items)
Conditional Fields
Conditional fields are only shown if certain conditions are met. For example, show cocktail preferences only when someone books a bartending package, or ask about dietary restrictions only when catering is included.
All criteria in a conditional field must have a value for the condition to work. For example: Event Overview (earlier question) Contains 50th. This question will only appear if the Event Overview field contains the text "50th".
