A 360 booking has more to approve than a print layout. The client needs to see the intro clip, the outro clip and the overlay in motion, and usually wants a say in the music. Design collections handle all of it: upload the clips as templates so the client can watch them play, then ask for a song right where they choose.
One collection per approval
A 360 package usually asks the client to pick three things: an intro, an outro, and an overlay or layout. Each one is its own design collection. Put your intros in one collection, your outros in another, and your overlays in a third. The client picks one template from each, and each pick gets its own approval.
Upload video templates
A template does not have to be a still image. Upload an MP4 and the clip plays right in the picker, which tells the client far more than a frame grab. Audio files work the same way, so a music-only collection is possible if you want the client to choose from a few tracks you have already licensed.
- Video: .mp4, up to 30 MB
- Audio: .mp3, up to 20 MB
- Images: .png, .jpg, .gif, up to 10 MB
If a clip already lives on YouTube, you can link it instead of uploading: open the template, expand Advanced Settings, click Add Video and paste the link into Video URL. The template still needs a primary file for its thumbnail, and only YouTube links work here.
Let the client suggest a song
Most 360 clips end up on social media, so the music matters twice: the client wants their song, and you need the rights to use it. A Song question on the collection handles both. Attach a song list of tracks you have cleared, then decide whether the client can go off the list.
Build the list first if you do not have one. Song lists live under Questionnaire Templates and can be imported from Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music or a CSV file. See How do I create song playlists?.
Leave custom songs off when you can only use licensed music. The client can search your list and preview each track, but cannot type in anything else. Turn it on when you are willing to source a song the client names and want the list to work as suggestions. Either way the answer is saved with the design, so the song travels with the approved artwork instead of getting lost in an email thread.
Enable the collections for your 360 packages
A collection only appears on a booking once it is enabled for a package or add-on. Enable all of your 360 collections on every 360 package, and on any add-on that adds a 360 booth to another booking, so the designs land on the booking automatically.
What the client sees
In the portal, the booking's Designs tab shows a card for each 360 collection. The client opens one, watches the clips play, picks a template, and answers the song question on the same screen. Each design is approved on its own, so they can lock in the intro today and the outro next week.
When the finished clip is ready, upload it to the design as artwork the same way you would a print layout. Video and audio files are accepted there too, so the client approves the actual clip rather than a still of it.
