How do I send a message from a booking?

Two ways to message a client from a booking: write from scratch or grab a pre-written template with one click.

  • New Email or New Text Message: Write a message from scratch.
  • Quick Send: Choose from your message templates and send with one click.

Using Quick Send

Click Quick Send on any booking to see your available templates. Templates are organized into three categories:

  • Custom Templates: Templates you have created.
  • System Templates: Built-in templates from Check Cherry.
  • Automated Messages: Templates that are also used for automated sends.
Automated message templates only appear in Quick Send if they are active. To create templates just for manual use, use Message Templates.
