Check Cherry doesn't have a dedicated mileage report, but the Bookings report includes a distance column for every event. Export it to a spreadsheet, run a SUM formula, and you have your total in about a minute.
Note that you must have a travel fee enabled in order to show the distance measurement in the report.
Before you start
Distance is calculated from your business address (or a custom address if you've chosen to use one) to the event venue. If either address is missing, the distance column will be blank for that row. Check both before you run the report.
Your business address — set in Business Settings:
Manage → Business Settings
Scroll to the Business Settings field and confirm it's filled in. Save if you make any changes.
Venue address on each booking — open any booking and confirm a venue with a full address is saved. Bookings without a venue address will show a blank distance.
Run the Bookings report
Reports → Bookings
Click the Columns button
Optionally, use the filter options at the top to narrow results by brand, staff member, package or other info — useful if you want mileage broken down by team member or event type.
Click Set columns to include the total distance in the report.
Optionally, click the Download button to download your report in a CSV file.
