Check Cherry doesn't have a dedicated mileage report, but if you have travel zones set up with distance-based fees, the Bookings report will include a distance column for every event. You'll find the total distance at the bottom of the report in the Total Distance field.
Before you start
Distance is calculated from your business address (or a custom address if you've chosen to use one) to the event venue. If either address is missing, the distance column will be blank for that row. Check both before you run the report.
Your business address — set in Business Settings:
Scroll to the Business Settings field and confirm that your business address is filled in. Save if you make any changes.
Venue address on each booking — open any booking and confirm a venue with a full address is saved. Bookings without a venue address will show a blank distance.
