How do I add extra questions to lead forms?

Your standard lead form collects name, email, and event date. But what if you also need the event type, venue name, or how they heard about you? Extra questions let you collect that upfront without a follow-up email.

Why Use Extra Questions?

Extra questions help you qualify leads faster and gather details you need for accurate quotes. Instead of emailing back and forth to ask "What type of event?" or "How many guests?", you get those answers immediately.

Only ask what you actually need. Every extra field reduces the number of people who finish the form.

How to Add Extra Questions

Go to Extra Questions.
Add or enable the questions you want.
Set each question to Only for lead forms or Both booking and lead forms.
Save your changes.

Lead Forms vs Booking Forms

You can choose where each question appears:

  • Only for lead forms — appears on contact forms but not during online booking checkout
  • Both booking and lead forms — appears everywhere clients can submit information

Most businesses use "Only for lead forms" since online booking already captures package details, while lead forms need more context about what the client wants.
