0:00 In this video, we're going to go over the lead management system in Check Cherry. When someone expresses interest in your services but isn't ready to book, we treat them as a lead. Check Cherry makes it easy to collect, manage, and follow up with these leads so you can turn interest into confirmed events. To create a lead, go to create new lead. And then you can fill out

0:22 this form, pick a package, schedule a date, even a start time, how many hours and minutes it'll be built for. If there are any add-ons, you can type them in here. A backdrop, you can type it in here. Then you can enter in the venue location. I'm just going to say New Daisy Theater. And then if you have any private notes or anything you want about this lead, you can put it in this box here. That

0:55 lead has been created. To look at different lead forms, go to manage, business settings, leads. And from there, you'll see two lead forms, a basic and a contact lead form. Or you can even create a new lead form. We're going to go with contact lead. So say we have Neil Stevens. And once you click submit, that lead is now stored in your system. These forms can also be embedded

1:25 on your website, so potential clients can submit their info directly. And you can even take these forms and share a link if you wanted to email or send them a text to fill out your form. You can do that. Leads are also collected automatically when someone begins your online booking process but doesn't finish. And if you open up a private window and copy the booking URL, you can simulate

1:49 what a customer would see. So let's say she wants to book an event. She's going through the whole process and for some reason she backs out. So this is where it comes into play of managing your leads. So go to sales leads. So you see Marjorie is the one we just did from online booking. Roy is from that manual entry we did when we created new and Neil is from a lead form. So you

2:18 have a few options that you can take with leads. You can do some actions where you show the lead, edit the lead, disable automated messages, delete them, set to hot, warm, or cold. You can convert them to a proposal. You can send them automated messages, look through message history, or even do a new manual message, and you can send it straight from this quick window right

2:43 here. When a lead is ready to move forward, click into the lead, convert to a proposal. Say you want to just send them a proposal to kind of get them interested. This will create a new event draft with the information already filled out. You can review the proposal, make any changes, and send it directly to the lead to book. And from there, you can either send an email,

3:04 copy a link to send them in a message, and you can even preview the proposal to make sure you've got everything right. And that's it. Now you know how to manage, collect, and follow up with leads in Check Cherry. If you have any questions, feel free to chat with us. We'll be glad to help you.
