0:00 In this video, we're going to talk about the customer side of things. If you've ever wondered how a customer sees Check Cherry, I'm about to show you. So, to get started, we're going to log in as a client's account. And when they log in, they'll see all the bookings they're scheduled for. They can choose to manage whichever booking they would like to manage. And they'll see

0:18 their profile information over here. Let's go ahead and manage this booking. On this page, you'll see that they have a deposit remaining that they can make a payment for and even leave a tip if they'd like to, or they can adjust their balance that they want to pay. And down here, you see that they have their package information where they can choose a new package or edit

0:43 a date and time. You can adjust what they can change on your side before making the booking. It also shows what package they got, what add-ons they have, and what backdrop they chose, where the venue is, and any notes if they have any, or if you've made any. And on the right, you'll see the client information and the staff associated with the booking,

1:06 the payments and balance left over, and any other events that are upcoming. And up here, you'll see that they have a few options. They can fill out some checklists on designs. They can choose what design they'd like. They can select a template, anything like that. They can fill out whichever questionnaire that you um either email to them or that they know they need to fill out beforehand.

1:36 They can make a payment up here as well, adjust the balance or leave a tip. They can look at their invoice and it shows everything that is on their invoice, what their package contains and all the charges. It also includes your contract down here along with the signature, the date it was signed and the IP address. And on the top and bottom of this invoice, you'll see a PDF button where they

2:07 will be linked to a PDF and also any receipts that they have from any payments they've made. They can also download a PDF of that as well. If you need to send this invoice to anyone, on the bottom here, you'll see that there's a link that they can send to any family member, um maybe a company that they work for, or even download a QR code. And finally, we have attachments.

2:33 They can download any attachments that they may have for you to look at and anything like that. any kind of design choices or questionnaires even even to make a payment, you can send the link to a family member or to anybody else that may need to make the payment um along with the invoice as we talked about. And on the top here, you'll see that they have a home button. This leads to your

3:01 main website. Your dashboard will take them back to an overview of all of their bookings. their profile. They can edit their information, upload a profile picture, reset their password, or save any payment methods and update their profile accordingly. They can send a referral link to anybody, you know, maybe a family friend or anybody that's interested in an

3:26 event. They can sign out or even create a new booking, which will take them back through the booking engine where they can make a new booking. And how a client is made is they go through your booking process. They make an account. After they make a booking, they'll be asked to make a password. And that's how they become a client account. They give us all their information,

3:51 set a booking. That way, you have their contact information, lead information, and can reach out to them for any questions you might have. And here on the admin side, say she wanted to add a family, friend, or anybody to the booking as well. You can add a client account. And you can either add an existing client or you can create a new client account. Say she wants her husband.

4:23 And they can enter in a company name if they have anything like that. You can also show additional fields and select what the customer can see and what their role might be. So there, Max is added. We've sent him a request to review and accept. Now we're going to go over proposals and how a customer sees a proposal. What I've done is I've sent a proposal over and she can review

4:50 this in her account or if it's a new customer, it'll be an email. In this case, Nancy will get an email and it will show on her account. She can review the proposal, see where it is, what all she has included, and everything she's required to pay. She can even enter in a discount code. She can even make a printable version or send a PDF version to anybody that may need to see that. She

5:18 can accept and sign if everything looks good. and we'll go with the deposit. She can sign right here and read and agree to the terms and conditions. Depending on what you have set up, you can have Apple Pay, Google Pay, Pay with Link, a credit card, bank account, or check. In this case, we're going to go with check. And after she signs in, she'll be brought right to the proposal that

5:46 she has accepted. And over here, she'll see all of the upcoming events that she has been scheduled for as well. So, if she goes back to the dashboard now, these have all become confirmed bookings that she's made a deposit on or either paid in full. And that's it.
