0:00 in this video we're going to show you how easy it is for your customers to book you online with Chuck cherry so one of the things that we've learned is clients absolutely love online booking it's convenient it's fast and it's a great way for them to evaluate service providers online let's take a look at the client experience okay I've created a sample marketing website for our

0:23 Rainier demo account and basically what you'll do is you'll link over to the Check Cherry booking Engine with call to action buttons from your marketing website so pricing in the top right is my favorite everybody's going to click it you'll send them to the sales funnel view packages is great as well you can also link specifically to services or specific packages within a service

0:46 so you can craft your marketing website just as you see fit with various call to actions let's go ahead and click on pricing and the Rainier demo account has multiple services and that's that'll be the first step so we'll go ahead and pick photo booth and then from within the photobooth service there's several package groups and so we'll go ahead and pick open air and now I get to see

1:09 the packages and pricing descriptions and so on and we're going to go ahead and select this one and at this stage this is pre-filled out just for the convenience of the video but you're going to basically collect lead information and so we've given pricing and packages to the prospect now they're going to be asked to give personal information we found this is a really good

1:32 workflow and eliminates a lot of low quality leads price Fishers that type of thing so let's go ahead and continue and then the next step will be to collect the date that they want the service to be provided check Cherry has tools that allow you to prevent being double booked so you can put booking caps based on service package that type of thing so we'll go ahead and pick a date

1:58 and let's keep going so the next step is to choose add-ons so you can optionally upsell with add-ons and specify which packages these add-ons are available for so we'll go ahead and pick this one and let's continue now the photoboo service has a backdrop option enabled and this will allow you to select a backdrop so we'll go ahead and pick one

2:25 and then now we're going to tell you where we want the services provided um and so let's go ahead and fill one out if you charge travel fees you can configure check Cherry to automatically charge the travel fees of course that includes a free travel zone you know whatever 25 miles free that type of thing and it'll all automatically tally up based on uh the

2:51 venue and the distance so here we are uh sales tax is also included and you can configure that and check Cherry as well and the client gets the option to pay the deposit or the full balance so we'll just select the deposit only here's where your terms would go right there and we'll say okay the next step is to pay the deposit now if a person does not complete a booking and

3:19 check Cherry will alert you and send you an email with all the information that was collected during the booking process and that's a great opportunity to reach out to that person and ask them if they have questions about your services and why they didn't complete the online booking but presumably if they choose to continue they can pay with Apple pay a debit card credit card
